"The hotel's location is excellent, right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The subway station is just outside, so getting anywhere is a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comprehensive facilities, including a soundbar – perfect for relaxing with music after a day out. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light; in the morning, pulling back the curtains let sunlight flood the entire room. Finally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the environment is very tidy, with tables being cleared quickly after guests finish. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for family trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Suzhou!"

"The reception service was excellent and friendly. One of the staff gave us some recommendations for local restaurants. As foreigners, we were required to complete a foreign check-in form for Nanjing and the staff patiently assisted us with it. Our room looked exactly like the pictures and was clean and modern. The bed was comfy and the bedding was high-quality. Our only minor criticisms is that we needed to access a Wechat program to unlock our room door, which we felt was redundant when we still needed a physical room card to access our floor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would return to try a different themed room!"

I requested a high-altitude room and was given floor 46 as asked. The room was extraordinary – very spacious, comfortable, and with an amazing view. Breakfast is served on floor 48, with a lovely library right next to the dining area, which was a unique and pleasant surprise. The staff were amazing – warm, attentive, and professional throughout. I booked a king-size room; it was very spacious but had minimal, simple decor. The duvet felt smooth and comfortable, unlike those in other hotels that make you sweat or feel rough from repeated washing. The bed was firm and springy, which my child loved bouncing on. The canteen offered a limited variety of dishes, and the breakfast was pretty much the same both days. There's no delivery robot, so you have to go up and down yourself. The hotel is on a high floor, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. A big plus is the free parking, although spots on P2 can be tight. The location is central, making travel times to various attractions similar, but driving takes at least 20 minutes. There's a MixC mall right next to the hotel, which is convenient for dining.

The room is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is splendid as it is located right beside Times Square and the IFS tower. The reception was very helpful with all the request made and is available 24/7. Would definitely recommend this place for families travelling to Suzhou.

The 360-degree panoramic lake view is absolutely stunning, with Dong Tai Lake right downstairs – a true frontline lake view room. You can catch a gorgeous sunrise in the morning and a romantic sunset in the evening. The scenery is both therapeutic and picture-perfect. Although the hotel decor is a few years old, there are absolutely no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's about 2km from the subway station, so getting around is convenient. The price is very affordable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway!

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I really have to praise the hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, checked me in quickly, and even proactively informed me about the elevators, breakfast, and local transportation routes – the attention to detail was excellent. The room was spotless, with no stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding was soft and fluffy, making it easy to relax almost instantly. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing was effective, making it exceptionally quiet at night with no hallway noise audible. The toiletries were of good quality, the hot water was stable and plentiful, and the air conditioning adjusted sensitively. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, fruits, and drinks, all with a mild and pleasant taste. The public areas were clean and elegant, and elevator wait times were short. The location is convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or for shopping. Overall, the value for money is excellent, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment is comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to friends traveling here.

This homestay experience is really great! As a person who wakes up easily, I slept very soundly here. The room has excellent soundproofing and the curtains have strong light-blocking capabilities. The hygiene is impeccable, it is super clean. Moreover, the housekeeper's service attitude is very good, and she can help solve any problems quickly. This B&B is really worth recommending! The room is even better than it looks in the photos, with a reasonable layout, new facilities and excellent hygiene. The community is well managed and very quiet at night. Especially the pillows, very comfortable to sleep on. The landlord is also very nice and replies immediately every time I contact him. Will come again next time.

Came to Suzhou for a relaxing weekend and booked this hotel specifically because it's pet-friendly. When our cat checked in, we received a welcome kit for pets with everything needed for play and use, and there were even cat bowls in the room – very thoughtful! The room was super spacious, with an apartment-style layout, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, making it feel just like home. Our little cat could even take strolls in the hallway. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was quite good. It's not far from Jinji Lake by car, so you can easily head there for dining, entertainment, and activities.
