"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Dalian was a great choice. Located in the Donggang area, I mainly booked it for the sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint—the ocean and night views are stunning, right across from the Water City. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room is spacious with two large queen beds, separated by a sliding door. The room amenities are fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. You can even enjoy the sea view and the unique, beautiful architecture of the Water City right from your bed. The hygiene and facilities are also top-notch; it was very clean, the shower water was nice and hot, the AC worked great, and it even came with a large refrigerator. Whenever we needed anything, the butler responded very quickly. Thumbs up! 👍 We visited the Water City both day and night, and felt the night lighting was even more breathtaking, with small boats gliding by and surrounding restaurants reflecting on the water—truly gorgeous. It's also very convenient to go to the coast to see seagulls. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel. Just a quick tip: when taking a taxi, locating the hotel, or ordering food delivery, entering through Hengli Hotel is much more convenient."

"First off, I want to say that the shuttle bus drivers, the security guards at the gate, and the cleaning staff all had excellent and professional service attitudes. However, the front desk's service quality was extremely poor, incomparable to what I experienced in Chengdu. I used to stay at Fraser Place Chengdu frequently for work assignments, so when I had a baby, I thought of booking Fraser again. Why was it unprofessional? I booked a Premier Suite, and the room pictures showed a very spacious living area. But when I got the room card, it was just a standard one-bedroom suite. They said it was because they wanted to give me a high floor – why would I need a high floor with a baby? And that was hardly a large one-bedroom suite to begin with. Furthermore, when I called and asked for the room card to be brought up, it was a security guard who called the robot to deliver it to me."

"Clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very spacious and bright. Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!"

"Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with sunlight, facing directly east, so we even got to experience a romantic sunrise without leaving the room! Downstairs is the Venice Water City, which is great for a stroll! The night view is also beautiful, and there are plenty of food and drink options. The owner is really nice; early in the morning, when we went to the front desk with our big suitcases to check in, the owner thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. Next time we go to Dalian, we'll definitely stay here again! It was fantastic."

"I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better."

"The room environment was very clean and the atmosphere was very comfortable. What's even better is that it's equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, and wardrobe – it's so comprehensive! For around 120, this room offers incredible value for money. The front desk service attitude was also excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The hotel is in a great location, with multiple bus lines, Metro Line 2, a supermarket, Zhongyuan Food Street, and Dalian Department Store nearby. Check-in was very fast, and the high-floor elevators weren't crowded. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly. Definitely worth another stay!"

"The owner is enthusiastic and provides excellent service; they are very patient. Hygiene: Good Environment: Good. There's a night market downstairs, and it opens at 5 AM. There's a particularly delicious steamed bun stall at the intersection near the entrance; the buns are large, and they also sell wontons, tofu, soy milk, and various fillings. It's run by a group of women. Just walk straight out of Building 3, across the street, and it's the first stall at the intersection. Service: Absolutely fantastic Facilities: Good"

"The boutique homestay that began to be operated in 17 years was previously owned by Tujia Sweeten. Now the owner has recycled it. The garden hotel-style design environment is very beautiful. The center of Dachangshan Island Town, surrounding hospitals, police stations, shopping malls, markets, and civic squares are all available. The facilities are also in place. No matter where you take a taxi on the island, you know that it is very convenient here. This kind of dense green garden house, it is not easy to have few indoor mosquitoes. "The room design was a beautiful and classic loft. The host was excellent this time; shortly after I landed, they called to provide directions and even allowed for an early check-in. Although it's an apartment building, the elevators were never crowded. The location is superb, right by the subway station and close to Xinghai Square, which is an easy walk. There's also a convenience store downstairs. Definitely the best choice!"
