I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Shanghai, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall right next to the hotel and the metro station just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby, including Western restaurants. The hotel is consistently clean, the amenities are excellent, and the staff always provide outstanding service. The rooms are comfortable and have everything I need as a solo traveller. It truly feels like my go-to hotel in Shanghai, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The place is very clean and well-equipped, perfect for families with kids. It has a washing machine, induction cooker, fridge, oven, and kitchenware. The breakfast tastes good, though I wish the butter came in individual packets. Downstairs is the IFS, making dining, shopping, and transportation super convenient. The view is also excellent.

Slightly off-peak season before the college entrance exam. They upgraded me to a room with a Glimmering Night View! I absolutely, absolutely loved it! 😘 My stay at the Bund Moxi Apartment was excellent; it definitely deserves a five-star review. The cleanliness and hygiene were a major highlight – the room was tidy and bright, and the public areas were consistently clean and organized, with thorough disinfection. The location is superb, close to major attractions with convenient transportation. The staff were professional and friendly, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth. The room comfort was high, and the overall value for money was outstanding, making it a great choice for travelers or business visitors to Shanghai.

It was my first time visiting Shanghai (and China in general), and I had a very good experience, mainly because of Mike Apartment. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered from Taobao but couldn’t access the delivery app since I’m not a local; however, the helpdesk still assisted me with my parcel. Everyone at this hotel is so accommodating! Regarding cleanliness, the room was very clean. The bathroom had a little bit of moss and could have been scrubbed slightly better, but it was clean overall. On my second day, I put up a ‘Do Not Disturb’ tag, but they still reached out to ask if I wanted the room cleaned at a later time—which was a really nice touch. I don’t think many other hotels do that! My friend and I loved the amenities in the room; it’s very convenient for a long stay. As Muslims, we also found that there was more than enough space to pray comfortably in the room. Location-wise, it’s accessible to most places, and the room itself is quite spacious. Love it!

Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk.

First off, for this price, the room size and cleanliness are pretty good. I checked in around 2 AM, super late and tired, just wanted a shower. But there was no hot water. I let it run for a long time, then called the front desk. They said to insert the room card to turn on the power, and hot water would be available in about 20 minutes. So I waited, but still no hot water. Then I realized I also had to turn on a switch myself, which is fine. But when I called the front desk, they just told me to wait after inserting the card. I finally saw the switch and turned it on, then waited another 40+ minutes. They said it would reach 60 degrees, but after an hour, it still hadn't even hit 40. Seriously annoying, couldn't even take a shower because there was no hot water.

Upon check in, the absolute angel front desk lady Mei Mei (梅梅) added us on WeChat and told us to contact her if we encounter any issues. The apartment feels a bit old but it’s still in okay condition. Because we’re in China we had quite a few parcels mailed to the hotel, the staff also helped us looked for them before bringing them to our room together with our luggage. The tv wire was disconnected when we arrived at the room, and it was kinda stuffy so we tried switching on the aircon. Apparently they operate on central air conditioning and the switch is only for heater (which is why it became pretty warm). I contacted god sent concierge and they arranged someone to fix the tv and to bring us a standing fan. It’s kinda odd that they only offered 1 free breakfast for my booking of 2 adults, it was alright since only me made it for the breakfast once for our entire stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the service is great. Breakfast is okay, mostly heavy asian style dishes. The hotel staff are pretty helpful and also accommodating. They helped to look for my parcels in the mailroom and left it outside our room door, a bit concerning because I had half a thought someone gonna steal my stuff lol. Worried for nothing bth. The location of the hotel is good, located near to the popular malls, and a short walk from the metro. There’s kfc and other eateries nearby, also a few convenience stores in case y’all don’t know how to *******. Mei Mei also checked in on me via WeChat knowing that we have checked out and returned to our home country.

Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I arrived late at night, they assisted me warmly with the check-in process. Room Type: I booked a duplex studio. The bed was very comfortable, and the upstairs bedroom had plenty of space, with ample closet room. Environment: The duplex studio is located in Building B, right above the subway station. There's a McDonald's and FamilyMart nearby, and it's also very convenient to get to the airport. First-day minibar amenity: The mini-fridge had a can of Coke and a can of soda, plus a small packet of instant noodles. A nice touch!

We had a great stay at Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai, but the highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. It was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes—both local and international choices. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared, and there was always plenty available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good throughout our stay, but breakfast is what truly stood out and made our mornings enjoyable. Highly recommended! Ps: Soup was delicious!
