首先説好的：一個公寓的三層大約共10個房間，位置極佳，交通方便，周邊環境不錯。我們的房間也很大。工作人員熱情。 然後再説不好的：由於15:00手機才能收到開門密碼，在此之前是進不去公寓的，所以想在入住或離店時寄存行李是沒有可能的！一定要注意這個問題。 另外，我們是三個人入住，每天晚上等到第三個人洗澡時已經沒有熱水了，連續三天都是如此，我們一共就住了三晚。 最後我需要糾錯一下，第5張圖片是來自官網的，其實它和這個公寓沒有任何關係！去之前我以為這就是將入住的公寓。

I traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient. You can take the X93 bus directly from the airport to the Gephyra bus stop, which is the same place as the Koto Patisia metro station. The hotel is just a block away across the street once you get off, so the location is fantastic. Taking the bus is even easier than the metro. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I opened the door. The room was very spacious, and the facilities were new and well-equipped, with two balconies, one at the front and one at the back. The kitchen even had cookware. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The only slight annoyance was having to fill out personal details to get the check-in code for the apartment, and I wasn't thrilled about having to use their specific payment method for the few euros due upon arrival.

Location, location, location! Athena Color Cube apartments are located on the 4th floor and the building is only within a 5-min walk to Monastiraski metro station which has direct service to the airport. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the vicinity is vibrant all the times. There is no receptionist and all communication is done via the chat window. The operator is always prompt to reply to our questions and is very friendly. As to the Climate Resilience Tax which is €8 per night, we ended up handing to the room cleaning lady up on our check-out. The apartment we stayed (Aqua) is very spacious with a mini kitchen. And most importantly, it's spotlessly clean! I walked with bare feet and didn't feel any dust at all. Having the convience of a luggage storage room on the same floor, it is definitely an extra perk. Nevertheless, there are some draw backs: (1) There isn't any shower cubical door in the toilet so after shower, the floor will be all wet and slippery. We have to wipe it dry after use. (2) It takes at least 20 mins to heat up the ”water boiler”, and is only good for one person (one 15-20min shower). On the first night, we didn't know we have to press it on again for reheating after the first person has finished using, so the water was very cold when it comes to the second person's turn. On the second night, we knew the trick already and were all good to enjoy hot water throughout. (3) There are steps from the sofa area to the bed and to the kitchen/toilet. One has to be extra cautious particularly if going to the toilet in the middle of the night is needed. Overall, we recommend this lovely apartment.

The beds are extremely comfortable with crisp, fresh linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a full day of exploring. The air conditioning was fantastic, and the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Bright, Clean & Inviting You can instantly tell how much care goes into maintaining this home. The space feels open, airy, and immaculate. It was an absolute luxury to come back to such a polished, calming space after immersing ourselves in the sights of Athens. If you are looking for a stylish, spotless, and perfectly located base for your time in Athens, look no further. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit! Highly recommended!

Loved the location, cleaniness and decor of the place. Very clean. Although the toilet bin should probably change, a little annoying to open without it tripping over.

The hotel was decent overall, but the area didn’t feel very safe. It’s close to the subway, just a few minutes’ walk.which is convenient, but the neighbourhood gave off a sketchy vibe. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to be aware of.

Olympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer. There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother. The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited. Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.
