Everything was okay, the apartment was comfortable. However, the room was connected to another, so I could hear people talking and other noises. There was no place to cook, which the owner didn't provide, even though the pictures showed one. The lift was incredibly frustrating; on the second day, it got stuck, and there was a sudden, loud jolt. Then, on check-out day, two out of the four lifts were broken, making us wait almost an hour to get down to the lobby and parking. Seriously, it was exhausting and hot 😣. Only two lifts were working. Aiyoooo, I hope the management can solve this issue. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we got free Netflix, which was a plus.

Booked this hotel for a short 1 night stay. Chose it because it was reasonably priced with good location. Room is new, clean and spacious, but it doesn’t really give a hotel feel, more like service apartment. Toilet could use a proper shower screen to avoid it being wet after shower. Water pressure was quite low also. Breakfast spread was fine. Didn’t use the facilities. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Very close to the sea, but the location is too remote with no supermarkets nearby. The vending machine selling water charged me 2 RM, which felt like a rip-off. The elevators and rooms were like a maze, very hard to find. The interior was clean enough, and considering the price, it was generally okay. There aren't many great hotels in Malacca, so if you're looking for a sea view, this one is quite good. The room view is fantastic, especially at dusk during the 'blue hour' – it's beautiful! Make sure to bring all your basic toiletries and essentials, as they provide almost nothing. 🙂

Great location. Near to restaurants, convenience stores etc. The property is clean and the amenities were in good condition.

Environment: The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset right from the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, both the bathroom and bedroom were great. Service: Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to store our luggage. Facilities: All toiletries were provided.

The bathtub was definitely the highlight. I booked it when the price was quite good, so I felt the value for money was excellent. The only minor issues were that the email box was a bit hard to find, and the TV in the room was old, not high-definition, and the volume kept fluctuating.

Floor was dirty and bedsheets had a weird smell. Owner was quick to send a cleaner to help upon request but I feel it should have been done before check in.

Just next to Courtyard Melaka and only 5-6 min driving to Jonker Street. There were 2 parking lots provided for my unit booked. Everything arranged properly by the management before arriving. I must give thumb up to the support team because they are very responsive to help in setup the karaoke set, booking of gym room.

My Experience at Atlantis Residence Hotel I stayed at Atlantis Residence Melaka with my friends. The place was very nice and comfortable. It is like an apartment, so we had a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the swimming pool because it was big and fun. We spent a lot of time there relaxing and taking photos. There were also other facilities like a gym and playground. The location was good because it was near popular places like Jonker Street. It was easy to find food and go sightseeing. However, sometimes the swimming pool was crowded. But overall, I had a fun and relaxing stay with my friends.
