"Our stay this time was absolutely delightful. The entire guesthouse exuded a warm, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless and seemed brand new. It was evident that the owner had put a great deal of thought and effort into everything, from the hardware amenities to the thoughtful arrangements. The sea view from the window was breathtaking and captivating. Just sitting indoors, watching the ever-changing sea and sky from morning to night, was incredibly relaxing. The indoor lighting was soft and just right, creating a quiet and cozy ambiance. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, clean, and highly functional, making it very convenient for cooking or preparing a simple breakfast. The bathroom amenities were well-stocked, and the environment was clean, making us feel completely at ease. What was most surprising was the comprehensive mobile phone charging setup; there was no need to worry about a lack of power outlets or forgetting to bring an adapter. Overall, this place not only boasts excellent facilities but also offers a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Whether it's for a short, relaxing getaway or a trip with family and friends, I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"First of all, the location is excellent. It's very close to Gaya Street, DBKK Jetty, the ”I Love KK” landmark right outside, seafood restaurants, and the Durian Street under the overpass next to the building. The service is top-notch. I added their customer service on WeChat, and their responses were incredibly prompt, patient, and professional. The room was also great, clean and tidy, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and cooking utensils – everything you could need. All in all, I would recommend it… and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time."

"Absolutely amazing, trust me and book it, you won't regret it! Incredible value for money! The customer service lady even spoke Chinese, and the location is great, right in the city center. We even caught their traditional dance performance in the mall across the street, it seems like a regular show around noon, so you can check it out then. The bed was super comfortable, and thoughtfully, they even provided an iron, a fridge, and even Chinese power outlets! That was a lifesaver if you didn't bring an adapter. The TV worked too, though there was no water in the room, but there's a supermarket downstairs, which is super convenient. And the lady was really, really attentive! Absolutely amazing, a truly happy trip!!!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable."

"Easy access to town. Walking distance to Food Court. Homestay provided with basic amenities such as iron, towel, toiletries, good wifi services, have swimming pool and convenience store just beside the lobby. The view was fantastic with city view. Car park inside the building is a challange. However,outside the building have many parking space. The room is clean. The towels smell nice. The sofa stained and the bed a bit dusty. Though-Mattress was comfy and toilet was clean (only the shower head a bit leak). Anyway, hot water just nice and Just need to pat off the matress and pillow for good night sleep."

"The room is spacious with the basic amenities - microwave, ref, and Smart TV. What we love the most is the room view! We got the room with the city and sea. The only downside is we can hear the noise from outside. Some neighboring tenants would bang their doors at night. It's also a nice addition that guests can use the pool. The view from the pool would've been nicer if the construction is finished. Walking distance to the Jesselton port and fast and easy to book Grab cars. Overall, we have a wonderful stay."

"I tried to contact the host proactively but received no response on how to check in. I only got a reply from them after calling customer service. The location is good and very convenient, but there was no toilet paper and lots of ants, so it wasn't very clean. I would still choose this area next time, but I'll pick a different host."

"We were two families, four adults and two children, and booked a suite. I didn't have high expectations. It was self-check-in, and when we first got in, some of the facilities seemed a bit old. The air conditioning initially wasn't cooling very well, and the toilet drain was blocked. It was also a bit noisy. These were all downsides. BUT, the swimming pool upstairs was a huge, huge surprise! We had it all to ourselves at noon, and I felt that alone made it worth it. Plus, the price wasn't high, so it was incredibly good value for money. Communication with customer service was also smooth. Recommended! We'll definitely choose this place again next time. It would be even better if the kitchen equipment was more fully stocked. We also had to ask the housekeeper for garbage bags, and by the end, we ran out of tissues. We stayed for four days, so for longer-term guests like us, I'd suggest providing more supplies."

"The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with new facilities and excellent soundproofing. Customer service was quick to respond, and there's a night market and convenience store downstairs. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby."

"I didnt took any pic but the basic necessities were there. However, security was not secured. Access card was not functioning so I had to use the key but the key hole was also wobbly. There's TV but couldnt function properly. There's Netflix but couldnt access cos it had to be updated(?). There's 1 convenience store at ground floor but lacking. If u want to have dinner, its about 8 min walk to sutera avenue but its a construction area & by evening, there's lots of dogs. I had no issue with bathroom."
