"Location was quite confusing. Instruction to enter car park and which lift to enter can be made clearer. Manageable to find. Check in process was quite long. Overall cleanliness is good, except for sticky floor. Still acceptable for me. AC is cold. Towel also clean. Good sound proofing, can hear very loud highway sound in corridor but once enter room, all quiet (super plus point). Lack plug point for family rooms. Swimming pool is nice for my kid. Didn't visit gym. Lift may take a bit longer if peak period I feel. As we get quite high floor. Stopping on almost every few floors. So buffer time for lift transit if you are exiting at peak hour."

"With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you."

"Very new Condo at convenient location. Condo itself is clean and comfort. Overall Cleanliness for building are above average except the pool. Maybe it is a new place, most of my Grab driver found it very confusing to find the address. so better give a remark which lobby you are waiting when order grab."
