Apartments σε Selangor, Malaysia

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!

the location is good but the parking not convenient as too many residence here. You will park at wrong place anyway. Good maintenance here. Only the tent room with used towel there as picture show

Great convenient location with two supermarkets downstairs. Based on available information, ”Sleepy Bear Hospitality” primarily refers to a serviced apartment management brand (often called Sleepy Bear in English) operating in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in apartment-style accommodations with facilities like kitchens and washing machines. · 💡 Key Features: Mostly self-check-in, usually offering a gym and pool. However, as it's not a traditional hotel, service response times are often criticized. · 📍 Main Branches: Several locations in and around Kuala Lumpur, with varying reputations. Popular choices include: · HighPark Suites: Located in Petaling Jaya, opened in 2024, one of their more representative properties. · Sleepy Bear's Arte Plus: Located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, newly opened in 2026. · Anggun Residence: Located in Kuala Lumpur city center, near the Petronas Twin Towers. ⚠️ Important to note: · Authenticity Check: This is completely different from Vanke's high-end cultural hotel ”You Xiong.” There are also other similarly named hotel companies in China, so pay attention to the distinction when booking. · Common Complaints: Service is the biggest drawback, with frequent complaints about long waits for check-in, unresponsive customer service, and even difficulty getting room cards. Additionally, bedding tends to be soft, and some mattresses are sagging. It's advisable to proactively contact them in advance after booking to confirm check-in procedures. If you're interested in a specific branch, let me know, and I can look into more detailed guest experiences for you.

At first, I thought the location wasn't convenient. But in the end, it was actually pretty good – a new area, with a shopping mall nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center via a toll road. Having a gym was important to me, and the gym here is excellent, with a fantastic view. There's also a pool. The staff brought me a frying pan when I needed one and fulfilled all my requests 🙏🏽🤗. Sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator, but we were on the 3rd floor, so we sometimes took the stairs). There's a store and a cafe nearby.

Clean and good location with adorable price. next time I will come to stay here again.

Clean outside and inside. A good location both Mossaz and Paxtonz are part of the Empire City in Damansara, Petaling Jaya next to the integrated shopping mall precinct rebranded into Hextar World at Empire city. Drive in and drop off at either designated lobbies under their names or drive into a well lighted multi-storey car park with security guards. Park car nearest to separate lift access to each lobby. Lift lobby up to units secured with unit access card. Deposit may be required depending on operator from RM50, RM100 or RM200 so prepare cash. Have BIla Bila Mart and food outlets nearby and in the mall, I guess. Saw a full pickle ball court nearby. Nice.

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

The facilities are really good – spacious, comfortable, and affordable, plus the location is excellent. However, the main issue for me is that I'm terrified of cockroaches, and there were so many in my room, I'd say one every five minutes! They were small, which helped a little, but I still hope they improve their hygiene, otherwise it's just not somewhere I can stay. We did complain to management, and they were very responsive. They called to ask if I wanted to switch rooms, but my friends aren't bothered by roaches and they helped me kill them, so we didn't switch. Still, it was thoughtful of them to send someone to deal with it. However, changing rooms isn't a long-term solution. I really hope next time I visit, I won't see a single cockroach. If there were no cockroaches, this apartment would definitely be a perfect score!
