"Everything was great during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I’m usually very picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this place really impressed me. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. Communication was easy, and they were very responsive whenever we needed anything. The location was also very convenient. It’s not exactly in the city center, but we could easily walk to the center in about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine for us. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Numa has a superb and user-friendly app that makes check-in and check-out a breeze. You can also request a late check-out or add other services directly through the app, though these come with additional charges if you choose to use them. The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge. The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay."

"There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros"

"The location near the station and in general is quite close to the main attractions, but the area itself is quite migrant and it is not always comfortable, unfortunately. Also big minus that there is no air conditioning system, but only ventilation, on a hot day apartments are heated quite heatfully. Operational support via WhatsApp, washing machine directly in the apartments, fully served kitchen"

"Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around. I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!) Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it."

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.
