"We like the room it is so clean, water is good. The service is okay but at the pool area it says it will close at 9pm so we went there fast so that we can swim for a little bit of time but when we went there it was already close and the attendant was not so nice. The other staff told us it was still open but in our dismay it was not they should at least have the same information so that we will expect that we could swim so that we could really enjoy our stay. We just went to the gym and the attendant also did not inform that he is going to run of the light 😔. But overall it still okay. Thanks to the other staff attended our needs."

"I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day. Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!"

"We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention."

В отеле лабиринты с указателями. Свою комнату найти было не так просто. Если заселяетесь сами, просите видео инструкцию, как найти номер. Мне такую прислали."
