très bon séjour, le personnel au top, restaurant très bon la piscine, le hammam et le sauna très bien les excellents cocktails apportés à la piscine est un plus que nous avons apprécié hôtel bien situé pas loin des commerces et à 3 km du casino et de la plage .

Abattant wc pas adapté. Parking un peu cher. Petit déjeuner un peu cher, peut-être proposer un petit déjeuner plus simple et un plus complet à des prix différents. Hotel propre et peu bruyant. Ensemble agréable. Personnel souriant et rendant service. Un petit séjour agréable.

The hotel is not far from the train station, accessible by the AB tram. Located on the harbor, it's not far from the art gallery and cathedral. Some of the sea view rooms I booked were in a good location, but unfortunately, due to weather and tides, I couldn't see the sunset. The rooms are spacious, have balconies, separate wet and dry areas, and are clean and sanitary.

The hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!

Good room with friendly front desk staff very helpful and always smiling. Very convenient with walking distance to downtown and university. Room facilities good. Tasty pizza recommended by staff.

Nice location and lodge was very nice, especially the bathroom. Service was very friendly but some had limited english. Restaurant was very good, but service was a little bit slow.

Localisation excellente en pleine nature et à deux pas du TC qui emmène au centre de Rouen. Chambre spacieuse mais un peu rustique, qui mériterait un peu plus d'entretien ou de nettoyage approfondi.. Literie confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix

Accès à la cuisine pas possible à 8h sans prévenir la veille, car salle appartement réservée . Pas de micro ondes dans la cuisine. Lampe de chevet reste en veille toute la nuit. Accueil plus ou moins agréable selon le personnel. Chambre bien conçue et très propre
