Facilities: Well-equipped, with the front desk located on a higher floor. Cleanliness: Good, with timely daily cleaning. Ambiance: As a newly opened hotel, the environment is excellent. You can see the park below the mountain and the Hikawa Maru ship right across from the hotel. Service: Excellent, they are responsive to all requests. Highlights: The Haneda Airport shuttle bus stop is right across the street, and the subway station is about a 5-minute walk away. Amenities: There's a 24-hour supermarket within a 5-minute walk and a large Don Quijote store within a 10-minute walk. Drawbacks: If you plan to stay in Yokohama but travel to Tokyo, reconsider, as it takes 6 stops on the Minatomirai Line to reach Yokohama Station and about an hour to get to central Tokyo.

The room was beautiful and came fully equipped with all amenities. I was very impressed with the incredibly attentive service from the front desk staff. The bed was comfortable, and the warm bathtub was a convenient addition.

The hotel is very close and very convenient for travel. The room is spacious and worth the price. It's near many shopping places, which is good. The breakfast is very delicious. But there is one problem: we traveled from another country for 9-10 hours with a kid, arriving 1-2 hours early. The hotel charged us a room entrance fee. I've never encountered this before. I've only encountered the situation where if the room is ready, we can enter first, but if the room isn't ready, we have to wait. I wasn't very impressed with this.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

Ambiance: 💯 From the moment you step out of the elevator, you're greeted with a Muji-esque essential oil scent. On the 20th floor, piano music plays, and the panoramic sea view is just incredibly relaxing. Service: The staff's English is excellent! 👍 Facilities: Everything is brand new! The hairdryer is a Refa, which is quite good and lightweight. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless! The sea view room is truly stunning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.

Was a bit far from Yokohama station and a pain to find on road but next day, worked out underground mall route but a lot of different exits. Room was small with balcony inaccessible for fresh air. Luggage storage was available for free but laundry only had two machines so had to wait for other guests to finish ... then wait some more for them to actually come get it.

The exterior is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed for a 5-star hotel. 👍 It's very clean and quiet! Yokohama hotel rooms are significantly larger than those in Tokyo, and the service attitude is excellent. 😍 The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The hotel is close to the station! Plus, there are several shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. There are many great restaurants to choose from. Yokohama is completely different from Tokyo; it has a smaller population and more space, making for a very comfortable stay.

It's such a beautiful and lovely hotel 🌺. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The value for money at this hotel is incredible ❣️. Why do I say that? Because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and proximity to the station. It's especially convenient for getting to Chinatown, Motomachi, and other areas. It's also very quiet at night, and the surroundings are beautiful 😋. Since it's an American brand hotel, it's much more fully equipped in all aspects. The service attitude, enthusiasm, and English proficiency are far superior to other hotels ✨. The room was also incredibly clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with Western, Japanese, and Chinese options – a great variety to choose from 👍. There were so many guests, almost all Caucasians (Americans). I didn't see many Chinese people. This was probably the best hotel of this trip, and its value for money far surpassed hotels in Tokyo and even those near Minatomirai Station in Yokohama. I highly recommend it; if I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again 🫶.

The staff was incredible - they went above and beyond and actually drove us to the gora station when we missed the bus. The scenery around is beautiful, as is the main building. The public onsen in the hotel left much to be desired - if possible, book the room with a private one because it’s basically the same thing (the outside one) and you’d have it all to yourself. We weren’t fans of the food (neither diner nor breakfast) - the dinner was too much work with shabu shabu, the breakfast didn’t have coffee. But maybe some would like the food, it’s subjective. But I’d give the hotel an A* purely because of how incredible the staff were!

The location is fantastic! The hotel's shuttle bus runs hourly to and from Kawasaki Station and Haneda Airport, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself has an industrial style and is quite spacious, with everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
