Pros: Located right at Exit 3 of KINTEX Station, making it super convenient for visiting Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, the waterpark, and Aqua Planet Ilsan. The location is fantastic, surrounded by large commercial complexes and residential areas. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and medium-sized supermarkets are all very close by! The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing; I stayed in the East Wing this time. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. However... It seems to fall short of a five-star hotel standard. I stayed with my child, and although the hotel's description welcomes children, there were absolutely no amenities for kids – no children's slippers, bathrobes, or even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Compared to many five-star hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo, the attention to detail here is lacking. There's a French pastry shop on the first floor, which closes at 6 PM. On the third floor, there's a gym and a sauna… The room view was decent, and the night view was also beautiful. The TV had YouTube, which kept my child entertained. There's no bathtub, but the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable! However, there's a strange feeling of stinginess – just one comb, one shower cap, a small box with cotton swabs, and a tiny bar of soap. That's it. Japanese five-star hotels are usually so generous with amenities; I don't want to compare, but it's hard not to ㅠㅠ. The desk and wardrobe in the room both had some damage and chipped paint. I actually had to switch from the first bathrobe to the second after showering because the first one was so old and thin; the second one was new and in good condition. It really highlights the difference when you compare them. If there were other five-star hotels nearby, I'd probably choose a different one next time. My overall stay felt more like a three-star experience, falling short of a five-star standard.

Unless you speak Korean or English, do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible, and communication is impossible, let alone a good experience. I'm just glad I made it out alive.

Hotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

I stayed in a duplex room (premium loft) for 3 days during the ***** New Year holiday. I used the 1st floor Kids Jam experience learning twice and the 2nd floor Tnitni free time once in addition to breakfast for both days. I think there is no better hotel for families with children from 4 years old to elementary school students. It is close to Seoul, the price is reasonable, the breakfast and dinner menus are delicious, and most of all, there are many places for children to play. There are various restaurants, Starbucks R, and Terrarosa nearby, so it was good for a quick trip.

It's an old building, but I had a comfortable stay with my family. It was nice to be able to use the sauna right next to the building. It was nice to be able to get a sauna discount if you use the hotel. 🧡

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there was a lovely scent that instantly lifted my mood. My flight arrived late at Incheon Airport, so I only reached the hotel quite late at night, but the staff were still available and helpful with the check-in process, which I really appreciated . The location is also very convenient, with IKEA, Lotte Mall, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There are also many bus stops around, making it easy to get around. The room itself was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Seoul city center, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Great location. One of the better gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much service for me to comment on but they were prompt when requesting for water and towels via the app. One odd encounter was to get a letter or msg that they need to charge my card due to high bill. The amount was less than US$400 🤔. We were staying here for 15 days and already prepaid the rooms.

I stayed for multiple nights, but they didn't clean the room or provide any extra amenities unless I asked. I don't think they had any prior information, but if you're staying here, please be careful.

We arrived at the hotel around noon time. The hotel is very close to the KTX train station, 5 minutes walking. The front desk was very helpful, she checked our registration, lend me an umbrella, suggested our city walk in Sowan. The hotel is in great conditions, though we don't have time to experience the Gym, swimming pool, also the restaurant. We will use this hotel again upon our next visiting to Korea.
