"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."

"This airport hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. It's very close to Ninoy Aquino Airport, and the free shuttle service is punctual and thoughtful, so you don't have to worry about commuting for an early morning flight. The 24-hour front desk offers excellent service, including currency exchange and luggage storage. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is quite palatable. It's a comfortable experience for a short transit stay, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future layovers."

"First, the good points: the staff were super friendly and very responsive. The facilities include a pool and gym, and the rooms were new and spacious. Now for the downsides, mainly the breakfast. I had breakfast here 5 times, and the selection wasn't great, and the taste was pretty mediocre. On two mornings, the hotel temporarily changed the breakfast location due to an event. Perhaps due to a lack of experience, there was no place to sit, and the food was still just okay (this is just my personal taste). One morning, while I was getting ready in the bathroom, I suddenly found myself surrounded by shower bubbles pouring in from the next room! 😂 And on another evening, the toilet got clogged. The good thing is that the hotel was very quick to respond to all these 'incidents'."

"Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well."

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Express Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were accommodating and the overall experience was smooth and convenient. The location was also a plus, making it easy to get around and access nearby establishments. Really enjoyed our stay here! The views from the property are absolutely stunning, and being so close to the casino area made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the late check-in time at 3:00 PM, compared to the standard 2:00 PM at most other hotels. Aside from that bump, everything else was top-notch..

Great value hotel close to BGC center. The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61. A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout. The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area. I would stay here again!

The location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel Alabang and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in the south of Metro Manila. Location is fantastic. It’s right in Madrigal Business Park, just a short walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. The free area shuttle was also a nice bonus. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service here consistently feels personal and caring. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent — we slept very well every night. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Filipino favorites and other options, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We looked forward to it each morning. It’s also great value for money and pet-friendly (which is a big plus for many guests). Whether you’re here for business, a family trip, a long stay, or just a weekend getaway, B Hotel Alabang delivers a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay!

Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

I love this hotel because it is very close to the airport and has a relaxing ambiance with great staff. Kudos to the dining staff for being very attentive and friendly. Jade was especially helpful, always smiling and attentive to guests’ needs. However, I wish there were more food selections available. I also hope the fruit station can be replenished regularly while there are still guests dining.
