I didn’t like the hotel ,, poor room , they gave me a room it look like it’s located in a basement,, a very small room, the bathroom is clean but the toilet didn’t work good , the sink; washbasin was almost close, and many other things I didn’t like. I will not make a reservation again on this hotel.

I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed. Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right by Taksim Square, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are tons of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a nice perk. The only thing is I couldn't get the AC to work in the room, and I'm not sure why.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, making it convenient for getting around Istanbul. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast is truly excellent with a very good selection. The only downside during my stay was that the room had an unpleasant smell. I stayed in Room 415, and although I tried running hot water in both the sink and the shower, the odor did not go away. I hope the management can address this issue, as it would greatly improve the overall experience and help maintain the hotel’s good reputation.

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name. The cost was so good and everything is good. Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it. The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.

I live in the centre of Istanbul, I just wanted a night in the middle of nowhere to relax and this place is great. Super clean, huge comfy bed, best shower ever, amazing buffet breakfast with huge variety of dishes, spotless spa in the basement with sauna, hamam, steam room and heated pool. Not a sound in the room, I had a great sleep. The receptionists are rude and won't even say Hello but it's Turkey, I expect it. The breakfast staff will take your plate away while you're eating but again, Turkish behaviour. There are cockroaches in the room but not too many and not too big. Would definitely recommend it, great value for money

The toiletries are in small bottles; I didn't use them as I had brought my own. 7. **Breakfast**: Breakfast is quite decent and good value for the price. For those who might not be used to local fare, there are options like bread, salad, slightly spicy potato cubes, fried eggs, and boiled eggs, which are perfectly fine. The ham slices are also good; overall, it's acceptable. 8. **Dining**: An entire floor is dedicated to the front desk and dining area, which also includes a separate smoking restaurant. The à la carte menu and coffee options are quite decent compared to what's available nearby. If you don't mind dining in, the hotel's lunch and dinner are often cheaper than options in the immediate vicinity or city center, offering good value and acceptable taste. 9. **Transportation**: A bus stop is less than 200 meters away, which is very convenient and affordable if you're comfortable using public transport. I didn't see a dedicated parking lot, but it's usually possible to find parking spots right in front of the hotel. 10. **Outdoor Area**: The outdoor area is very pleasant, featuring four open-air tables and cedar trees. It's a comfortable spot to sit outside, especially for smokers. 11. **Laundry**: There's no washing machine available at the hotel. For longer stays, a 5-minute walk will lead you to a BIM supermarket, small shops, barbershops, and laundromats, all with very reasonable prices. 12. **Recommended For**: Ideal for self-driving tourists, exhibitors at the Tuyap Exhibition Center, or anyone comfortable using public transport. Suitable for both business and leisure stays. 13. **Location**: Not in a bustling city center, it's primarily situated in a residential area, feeling quite clean, convenient, and safe. The hotel is a converted residential building, but it's very well done, with a level of quality and comfort comparable to mainstream domestic business hotels. Superb value for money.

I really liked this hotel. The room wasn't big, but it was cozy and had all the amenities. It was quite quiet at night. A huge plus is the tram stop right outside the hotel. You can take this tram to all the main attractions in Istanbul without getting stuck in traffic. The hotel staff are very responsive and always try to help with any issues. I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant. Although the breakfasts were the same every day, they were quite varied. Both adults and children found plenty to eat. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erguvan (very friendly and with a wonderful smile), Dinger, and the Russian-speaking lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name). In the evenings, there are places nearby to go out for dinner, even outside the hotel. There's also a shop nearby. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄
