Hotel absolutely unbelievable, very clean. Staff friendly not far from airport £40 do not pay anymore 👍👍 in the hotel it’s expensive but you’re always going to get that problem. But overall it’s great sea view absolutely fantastic

The washbasin had a toilet, a shower with a bathtub, shampoo, treatment, shaving cream and towels. ・ Shi Shesuojie The lobby on the second floor was selling places to sit and drinks. There was a place to eat rice on the 3 floor, and there was a water server, a microwave oven, etc. Wi-Fi was available at the hotel and YouTube was able to see without problems. Check-in and check-out days were also available for baggage storage. Breakfast, dinner Breakfast is probably only 1 types with bread and * and Polenta. (It was the same menu for 2 days) Dinner can be selected from two types of hamburgers and chicken. Breakfast was $ 10 and dinner was $ 12 〜 $14, so I think it's cheaper than eating outside. We found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. I found the bartenders at the lobby bar not so friendly. It was hard to get their attention and at times felt I have been overlooked. Otherwise I have all good things to say about this resort. I would definitely visit this resort again. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

The hotel room was ok, although it was close to the beach but the room did not feel very humid. The facilities in the room are old and the hair dryer in our room is a bit sticky. Breakfast options are relatively small. There are meats, eggs, bread, coffee, water, fruits, milk and oatmeal, which are almost the same. Five minutes walk from Atlantis Hotel, really close. With the room card and pink card given by the hotel, you can enter the water park of Atlantis. Still very convenient. From Nassau's airport, take a taxi to this hotel for about 45 dollars, 30 minutes. Personally, I do n’t think it ’s necessary to rent a car on Paradise Island.

In a word, I had a comfortable time. The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request. There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough). I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room. In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

Hotel and staff was excellent. However the walls are thin, you can hear everything. Please don’t clean at night while people are trying to sleep

It was a very nice experience. It is a little far from the city center, but it was no problem and can be easily reached by taxi or bus. It was a very enjoyable holiday with the ocean right in front of the hotel.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!
