After arriving at the airport, getting to the hotel required a taxi, as public transport wasn't convenient. However, the taxi fare wasn't cheap either. I'd recommend heading into the city early unless absolutely necessary to stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. It was a bit inconvenient that you had to go to the front desk to get a kettle for hot water. The room was on the smaller side. But it did have a microwave, which was great for heating up food!

This is purely a budget hotel, perfect for backpackers... Hotels in Scandinavia are generally quite expensive, and this one is similar to youth hostels in China – everything is self-service. The bathroom is so tiny, only one person can stand in it; you'll just have to bear with it for showering.

This modern chain hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, train, and bus stations, making it easy to get to both the city center and the airport. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping mall called FIELD'S, which has a big supermarket, so dining and shopping options are very convenient. The rooms are small but well-equipped with everything you need, including a kettle. You'll need to pick up a hairdryer from the front desk. Each room has a private bathroom, though the shower area is a bit cramped, which is the only minor drawback.

The Good: Overall, it was a good stay. The entire property runs on a highly efficient self-service system, which made checking in and out quick, seamless, and hassle-free. If you like a smooth, automated process without long queues, you'll appreciate how they have things set up here. Areas for Improvement: The Rooms & Beds: The rooms are quite compact and on the smaller side. Additionally, the beds were a little uncomfortable, which made it a bit tough to get a perfectly restful night's sleep. A decent, budget-friendly option in a lively location if you just need a functional place to crash and prefer a self-service vibe, but don't expect premium comfort.

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. Great location, within a 5-minute walk to the central station. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The suite is on the top floor (5th floor), which is a nice touch. The room layout was a little unusual, with a narrow walkway and sloped ceilings due to the roof design. The shower area, including the alcove tub, felt somewhat awkward and may be less convenient for taller guests. There was also an RGB light above the shower, which was an interesting design choice (who uses red lighting for showering?) The building has some old-world charm, though the room's floor creaked noticeably when walking around. The small balcony was pleasant, but the view was fairly average. Overall, a good stay for the location, though some aspects of the room design could be improved.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! Great location! I stayed in a single room. The bed was good, and the views were nice, but the windows aren't completely soundproof, so you can hear what's happening outside. It didn't bother me, but I'm putting it out there for anyone who might need that info. The bathroom is an all-in-one unit, which I've seen before and don't mind. However, I did find that the shower was very close to the sink, getting everything completely wet. Also, there was a leak from the sink when showering, which caused low water pressure in the shower. I didn't report it because it looked like it had been repaired, and I only showered twice, but it would be good to get it checked out. If you want to leave your bags in the locker, you can't until someone from reception arrives, which is at 2 PM. It would be helpful if someone could assist with this, and be available at least from 10 AM, which is check-out time. Other than that, everything else was good!

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was really fun! The bed was quite spacious, easily fitting two people, and it had internal air circulation, so no need to worry about feeling stuffy. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler (just remember to close your door properly). The communal bathrooms were also very clean. Overall, great experience, definitely worth trying!
