First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.

Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).

This is definitely the best resort in Manado. Although it is a little far from the city (but the absolutely beautiful sea view must be far from the city), it has its own pier and dive shop. Who knows my family, why there are no Chinese people staying here. I went to stay at 2 pm, and I arrived more than an hour early. There were welcome drinks and sandwiches (I really didn't expect sandwiches), which was very considerate. The resort is small but very beautiful, with a very, very good sunset, and saw the blues moment. I booked a waterfront room, and the sea is right outside the door. It was suffocating. Where can I find such a room at this price! ! ! And the room is very large. I didn't take a photo of the shower area. It was clean and large, and the decoration was unique. (Can you take a new photo of the official website? Your resort is amazing, and the photos in Ctrip are too ugly) Dinner starts at 7 o'clock. Because it is far from the city, I basically choose to eat in the hotel. The price is OK and the taste is OK. After all, I am really not used to the dishes in Manado, but this one is OK. This must be a great resort for divers. It has its own dive shop, its own speedboat, and daily dive site itinerary. It really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come to Cocotinos again next time I come to Manado. The staff said that their boss is Italian, and he wrote me a handwritten thank-you letter when I left💌This kind of service is really touching. I hope your business will get better and better. the room is super clean, breakfast also delicious, the location is nice, the view also nice, can watch sea from the window. the service is also nice, the people also super nice. only the elevator is kinda difficult because is super busy and long wait. but overall my experience staying in Best Western is super comfortable.

Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

The hotel has seen better times and requires major rehaul. Moldy walls, degrading furniture, poorly washed bedsheets, old towels. The staff is friendly though.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

Cabin was great!! Downside no tv yet. Love the camping style. Good that it cones with mosquito netting. Love the vibe and scenery

One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

뷰가 정말 좋아요 탁 트여서 창문도 시원하니 크고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다 다양한 손님들이 많아서 그런지 정말 시끄러운데, 호텔이 방음이 1도 안되서 잠을 잘수가없습니다.. 수건도 공항가기 두시간전에 바꿔주셔서 3일동안 같은 수건 말려서 사용했구요; 그리고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있어서 샤워기헤드와 필터를 교체할수없더라구요 여행가실분 참고하세요 방청소는 없는거같고, 이불만 다시 접어놔주십니다 결정적으로 조식이 너무 부실해서 하루먹고 못먹었어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 맛없어요... 마나도가 아직 잘 알려지지않아 그런지 아마리스 호텔도 한국인 후기가 없는거같아 제가 적어봅니다..!!! 체크아웃할때 호텔 프론트에도 동일한 내용 인도네시아어로 번역해서 말씀드렸고 사과도 받았습니다! 하지만 예약전에 알고가시면 좋을거같아 내용 남깁니다!
