Ξενοδοχεία με breakfast σε Chu, Kyrgyzstan

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

When I arrived at night, I received self-check-in instructions. The room had comfortable beds. There's a coffee machine available for common use. It's a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Walking takes a bit longer, about 20 minutes, but it's generally fine. The philharmonic is also nearby. The room was clean, and the bed linen was good! I liked everything, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall ambiance is elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended!

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

Service was top-notch! As a hotel operated by a Chinese team, the incredible variety of Chinese breakfast options alone makes me forgive any minor issues. The front desk staff, Yu Zhuo, and Manager Xiao Han were incredibly helpful. They assisted with currency exchange, compared prices for car rentals, and even communicated with the Russian-speaking driver to resolve many issues. Even if there's still room for improvement in terms of design and hardware facilities, their problem-solving skills make this an excellent choice for Chinese travelers.

Not worth the money! It's incredibly noisy. The nearby grocery stores and eateries operate all night, so you're constantly bothered by the noise. The hot water only ran for a short while before completely stopping. We wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. They didn't even provide shampoo or body wash! Overall, the conditions were very poor. Only the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd say it's not worth the price. We stayed here for just one day and then moved to another hotel.

Environment: Pretty good, relatively clean, and the room was huge, which I really liked. Cleanliness: Nicely tidied up and clean. Good job. Facilities: Still new. Service: Excellent, the staff member was quick to respond.

Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !

The room and service were exceptionally good, but what truly blew me away was the breakfast. There was an incredibly wide variety of options, and everything I tried was very good. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
