"Let's start with the good things. The reception staff, and especially Mr. TONTARN, is a great example of excellent service. he made us feel like he was with us from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay at the hotel. 😁💪 He offered us tour packages at a reasonable price, and The hotel itself is large and luxurious, The pool is lovely, pleasant and fun to get into after a full day outside the room. The gym is small but very efficient. but the dining room is not diverse enough for the level of the hotel. I would have expected more variety. The coffee in the coffee machine is of poor quality, which is a pretty shame for this level of AMARI Hotels. The room cleaning service is lacking. There was a day when we arrived from a long trip and the room was not clean. No one cleaned it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the room for an hour to have it cleaned. Even after they cleaned the room, they forgot to put basic items, like water and body soap, which I asked them to replenish, and so far I haven't received. I had to use another hand soap that was in the room. The hotel staff apologized for this, and it's good that they did."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights' stay in Consiana! Kudos to the hotel staff who provided excellent service! They helped me with the laundry service and booking of train tickets too. Located off the main street away from.the noise, the access to Consiana is via the lobby of Central Hotel. Lots of good food options nearby. What I enjoyed most during my stay was the delicious breakfast with porridge, noodles , fried rice and fresh fruits. Breakfast is served on the rooftop (8th floor). U can see the hot air ballooning and para motors soaring over the limestone mountains. I woke up early one morninv to see the hot air balloons taking off right in the field opposite! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel for the views, breakfast and service! There is a swimming pool too, which i didn't have time to use. There are simply too much outdoor activities to enjoy in Vang Vieng!"

"The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak Chinese, which was a big plus. Breakfast was also delicious. The only downside was that the pool water looked like it hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't swim. This might have been because it had just rained that day. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place. Just a heads-up, the central bar plays music at night, and while the soundproofing in the rooms is decent, light sleepers might find it a bit bothersome."

"Perfect. Clean. The pool is nice, the water is clean. The shower is excellent. The air conditioning works great. There's a large common area. Lots of young people. There's space for bikes. They sell cheap fruit nearby. There were no towels, but I brought my own. There's a place outside on the second floor where you can dry your clothes; there are plenty of clotheslines. However, at midnight, they turn off the lights in the common area. The administrator goes to sleep in the basement. I asked for a knife to cut fruit, but they didn't give me one. I had to buy one at 7/11, it's nearby, and then they took it away at the train station. The breakfast is excellent. You can see the hot air balloons from the second floor, but they're very far away."

"Location is quiet, away from the Main Street. Next to a slow flowing stream so beware of mosquitoes. View of the karst mountain can be obstructed if you are in the wrong unit like mine #035. If blank off all the negatives, it’s quite a good place to relax and prowl your activities around vangvieng. Get a scooter and immediately everything is within reach easily. The roads around are ok. Ride carefully."

"The hotel is on the main street, so traffic until late night. Even if I had asked a quiet room (I know it is not guaranteed) I was given a room over the main street and the funny thing is that the window door was not closing so all the noise was entering, together with smells (pollution and smoke from different fires). Apart from this, room was clean and comfortable. Smell from the bathroom where, in the shower, you only have the tall and fix shower head meaning you cannot just wash your feet if in need, every time you have to take a shower. Unfortunately staff was not so helpful (anyway polite). Pool always in the shade."

"The location was great. It's close to restaurant and bar but the hotel was not too much clean such as hallway (They are still in renovating may be...) Due to too close to river, there are too much mosquitos and take care of these. Others that would like to suggestion the hotel. The hotel should not let the dogs free on lobby, hallway. The guest is pay for vacation and place for relax and some people are not comfortable on them. All of suggestions for hotel to development services and if i have chance to go back, i will visit once. :)"

"L’hôtel est idéalement placé. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Les machines sont moins cher que dans les autres endroits en ville et le linge est propre et sec. La chambre est très convenable, le ménage est OK, toutefois il y avait pas mal de fourmis. Le strict nécessaire est mis à disposition (gel douche, serviette, eau, café/thé). Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Il y a beaucoup de choix puisque le petit déjeuner est à la carte et il est très copieux (boisson, assiette de fruits, pain de mie en libre service et l’assiette choisie). La piscine est très agréable. Au vu du prix je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center. There are plenty of dining options, shopping, and attractions nearby, so getting around is a breeze – you can go anywhere easily. The hotel environment is also very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, making for a relaxing stay. My favorite parts were the pool and billiards area; it was great to unwind there in the evening, creating a wonderful vibe! Breakfast is served on the 5th floor from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. It's super convenient to have it right in the hotel, and the variety was good, really starting the day off right. The hotel has 8 floors in total. If you want a more comfortable stay with better views, I highly recommend choosing the Deluxe View Room. The scenery outside the window is truly beautiful and makes for fantastic photos. If you're on a budget, the Economy or Standard rooms are also great value for money. Regardless of the room type you choose, you still get access to the hotel's public areas like the pool and breakfast area, and you can still enjoy the mountain views surrounding the hotel. Overall, the experience is excellent. Overall, it's perfect for a vacation or a trip with friends. I'll definitely be back next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Super clean and Beautiful hotel with Gorgeous views !🥹🙌🏻Once again we were upgraded to Business suits rooms ! With Big and wide windows to see the mountains 🏔️ and clouds 🌧️ such a wonderful and beautiful place ! There were some small incidents like power outages and so forth but further than that the young gentleman in the lobby was always ready to help us 💕🙏🏻 we praise him for his hard work and making this stay in Vang Vieng so pleasantly happy 😃!!"
