Ξενοδοχεία Family σε Tuscany, Italy

"Environment: Old Qian Villa Manor Hotel has two main buildings and several courtyard suites, with a helipad nearby. The rooms and lobby are furnished with old wooden furniture, porcelain, and oil paintings. Cleanliness: It's an old house, but it's very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is good. Service: The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff are all very enthusiastic, especially the bellhop. We arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, and it was raining outside. After the front desk completed all the procedures, due to a language barrier, I only understood that the front desk said check-in was at 2 PM. However, the bellhop took our luggage and gestured for us to follow him. He escorted us all the way to our room, then showed us how to get power. When I said I didn't have a room key, he gave us his key to use for power. So, we inexplicably checked in at 12 PM. A little while later, a girl knocked on our door to deliver our room key and retrieve the bellhop's temporary card. It felt quite heartwarming, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents and children, plus two large pieces of luggage. We had no idea where we would wait for two hours, especially since there's nothing around the hotel. The hotel's dining is also excellent, as you can see from the pictures."

"Location immersa nella tranquillità, pulizia e silenzio .Piscina piccola rispetto al numero di persone che la struttura può ospitare. Colazione essenziale, ottimo il miele. Cena ,niente di particolare. Direi che rispetto alla struttura l' offerta del ristorante è molto limitata . Personale super cordiale, professionale e attento alle esigenze."

"A slightly dated hotel. The plumbing pipes are noisy in the mornings. (That was the only negative point, though.) Since I'm from Germany, everything is better than my own apartment (I'm from Böblingen, and you wouldn't want to live there...). Therefore, I don't know if my opinion carries much weight. The cleaning staff was very competent. The reception was friendly, and with the right partner, the hotel is well-suited for exploring the northern cities of Tuscany, especially Florence. Good value for money. I can't comment on the food, as I always ate out."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel La Fortezza and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station. If you prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the major attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of character. We especially appreciated having a room with a window, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay. One of the first things we noticed was the hotel’s pleasant signature fragrance, which created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, but we would especially like to thank Mr. Buli, who was working the night shift. We returned to the hotel late one evening after all the nearby restaurants had closed. When he learned that my son was hungry, he kindly prepared fresh sandwiches and yogurt for us from the hotel kitchen. His kindness and willingness to help went far beyond our expectations and made us feel truly cared for. Another thoughtful service was that the hotel offers complimentary travel adapters for guests, which was very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay at Hotel La Fortezza again on our next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

"I've never written a review before! This is so satisfying that I absolutely have to give it 5 stars to express my approval!!! Excellent value for money! Even better than I expected! Service: Extremely polite! They even made arrangements to accommodate our late arrival, which was very kind of them. Ambiance: Beautiful Tuscan countryside style! It has a warm, family-like feel, and the price is great. Facilities: Although it's an older building, there was no strange smell, and the bathroom is very new, although there were a few small bugs. But everything provided was complete and the place was very welcoming."

"This monastery hotel was absolutely the hidden gem of our Italian trip! It's located near Siena, but only accessible by car or private transfer. We didn't see any other Chinese guests when we checked in that evening, but there were plenty of people around, and even a jazz concert, which created a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend booking the Trip.com Deluxe Suite. My travel companion booked a standard double room, and perhaps because it was a busy night, the soundproofing wasn't great. There was constant noise until midnight, which made it hard to sleep. However, the suite seems to be in a separate, independent area, and we didn't see anyone else staying there that day. We arrived in the evening and took a leisurely stroll around the monastery, admiring the ancient architecture bathed in the beautiful glow of the sunset. When we returned to our room, the evening sky was at its most vibrant with brilliant colors. Through the window, we were treated to the iconic pastoral scenery of Tuscany. Although the hotel is a former ancient monastery, it perfectly blends the old with the new, and this is wonderfully evident in the rooms. The furniture has a charming vintage feel, yet the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom is spacious. The most pleasant surprise was the air conditioning – it's not a wall-mounted unit blowing directly at you. Instead, it's like a heater, built into a wooden cabinet by the window, with upward airflow, and the cooling effect was excellent. The hotel only offers dinner and breakfast. The breakfast room is small and simple, but the quality of the food is very high. I distinctly remember three brightly colored juices: green apple, blood orange, and another ACE mixed fruit juice – all delicious! This was also my first time seeing a machine that makes corn tortillas, and paired with natural honey, it was absolutely divine! All the food was delicious, but the sausages and small round cakes filled with condensed milk were definitely the highlights. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the lack of an elevator. If your luggage is too heavy, climbing the stairs can be challenging. However, we asked the front desk for help, and a server from the restaurant came to assist us. All in all, I highly recommend coming here to experience the true essence of Tuscany!"

"We have booked it spontaneously. We were very late in the hotel.Unfortunately the poster could neither speak German nor English, but the lady was very friendly, helpful and very nice on the day service. We were very positively surprised when we were the room entrate.Rooms and bathrooms were very well equipped. Bed was also very comfortable. Our rooms were with terrace ,You can smoke on the terrace. Finally we were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything."

"Great location and impactful interior design. Coupled with comfy beds and large showers with great water pressure, you cannot go wrong."

"This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy."

"The room is very large and very comfortable in Italy, with a small garden (but very tasteless, semi-open, more than a parking space), and the vineyard of the winery outside the window. We booked an extra wine tour from the official website and it was also very interesting. The key is that the price is reasonable relative to this area, and the overall recommendation"
