"The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. You absolutely have to try the lamb offal soup for breakfast; it's so popular it always sells out quickly. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails were also quite good. They offer airport transfer service, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful souvenir gift – I loved it!"

"This hotel in Ordos exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety, with the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products being particularly unique. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively recommending local attractions. The location is convenient, making it easy to drive or take a taxi to Genghis Khan Mausoleum and Xiangshawan Desert. Good value for money, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

"1: The beef jerky and instant noodles had no prices marked. Don't assume they are complimentary from the hotel. 2: I informed them of my license plate number during check-in, but still had to pay when exiting the parking garage. I had to call the front desk again for them to let me out. 3: I brought two children under 1.2 meters. They were really strict about checking for breakfast, making me go to the front desk to confirm I didn't have breakfast included. 4: When checking out, they gave me a 'Shishiruyi' (Everything goes as you wish) keychain. You're a five-star hotel. You don't have to give anything, but to give out something that looks like it's from a street stall... Summary: It feels like a business hotel. It only caters to high-end business travelers, and families like ours with kids don't seem to be the right fit."

"The room was excellent, boasting a 270-degree view. A highlight was the perfectly angled air conditioning that didn't blow directly onto the bed. The TV mount was adjustable, and the balcony was spacious. However, with a 270-degree room, there didn't seem to be a full 'ring' view, so the scenery mainly consisted of other rooms and the outside, which was still quite good. A little tip: choose a room that faces the hotel's main entrance. You can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night, and it's just as good as watching from outside. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and patiently answering all our questions. The rooftop bar was great, and they were able to make drinks not on the menu – we ordered 'See You Tomorrow' drinks for both today and tomorrow. Now, for areas of improvement: Upon check-in, no one introduced us to the hotel's various amenities and benefits. In this regard, it falls short of Disney, where they explain everything you can enjoy during your stay. Here, I only found out about ice skating, roller skating, and playing Switch after seeing them. I even had to ask where the restaurants were, though I admit I didn't do my homework beforehand. Also, in the 270-degree room, all six lights could only be fully on or fully off, which is inconvenient. Many families with children stay in these rooms, and it's common for adults to need to pack or get ready while the child sleeps. It would be better if the three lights near the bed could be turned off while the sofa area lights remained on. Furthermore, the second lamp by the bed, designed for aesthetics, was too low; I bumped into it when getting up in the middle of the night (there will be a photo). Finally, considering the significant price difference between room types, and the different colored wristbands (I'm not sure if they indicate length of stay or room type), I suggest further segmenting the privileges. For instance, restaurant seating is truly a scramble, and advantages for things like the Yuesha Island mini-train queue could be granted to certain room types."

"Hulunbuir Hotel is quite good, a long-standing state guesthouse in Hailar, with its own historical charm and rich grassland ethnic style. 📍The location is superb, situated by the Yimin River, about a 15-minute drive from Hailar Airport. Genghis Khan Square is within walking distance, making it very convenient for driving and sightseeing. The hotel has a large, free parking lot with charging stations, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. The overall environment features a courtyard-style layout with lush trees. The blue-domed yurt buildings are very distinctive, and the lobby and corridors are adorned with grassland-themed oil paintings, creating a wonderful ambiance perfect for photos. The staff are warm and attentive, check-in is efficient, and they proactively help with luggage, showing great attention to detail."

"Facilities: Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to use. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses. Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!"

The entire process, from the moment I stepped into the hotel and was impressed by its grand and exquisite architectural design, to the thoughtful room upgrade during check-in, the clean and relaxing stay, and then the eye-opening and mouth-watering Mongolian and Western breakfast each morning – it's clear this is a hotel that truly values its guests' experience and service quality. Outstanding value for money! I've stayed in some so-called 'star' hotels in other countries, but they were all instantly outclassed by this Yulong hotel, a local gem in Chifeng that, far from being 'rustic' or 'unrefined,' boasts rich ethnic cultural features. Haha, I absolutely loved it! Even days after returning and looking through my photos, I felt compelled to leave this glowing review!"
