Right outside the hotel, you'll find specialty shops like Gulandam Ice Cream and Zhengfei Fresh Milk, making daily dining and shopping a breeze. The hotel management often staffs the lobby, and every guest entering is warmly greeted and engaged in friendly conversation, providing truly heartwarming service. The front desk staff handles check-ins efficiently and patiently. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the dining areas are spotless. Bellhops are proactive in assisting with luggage. The service from all departments is meticulous and thoughtful, ensuring an overall comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashgar.

This is my second stay at the Conrad Urumqi, and it has become my top choice every time I visit Xinjiang. The overall experience is simply unmatched, and I have to give a special shout-out to Martin at the front desk! After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel, and Martin was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the entire check-in process. He was efficient and professional, meticulously asking about my preferences and arranging the room according to my needs in advance. He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle. The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel. Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. With such a meticulous and attentive front desk staff like Martin, the entire trip was comfortable and worry-free. When I return to Urumqi in the future, I will definitely choose the Conrad again. It's my irreplaceable best choice for trips to Xinjiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi for business or leisure!

I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen.

The hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe. The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!). However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains. They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options. ⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦‍♂️

This was my first time in Tashkurgan, and after browsing various platforms and recommendations, I finally settled on the Vanishing Starry Sky Camp. My stay was incredibly satisfying. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the location was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning! The room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety, making for a fantastic overall experience! Traveling with kids, I was particularly pleased. The lobby area had a small play zone, and there were various facilities for children right next to our room. The staff were very attentive to the little ones, making it perfect for a family trip!

Here's what I loved about this hotel: 1. Excellent service! The Tajik staff, both the women and men, were incredibly friendly and lovely. 2. The room was clean and tidy. 3. The window offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. I could sit by the window, sip tea, and simply zone out all evening (it doesn't even get dark until after 10 PM here). 4. The room had diffused oxygen, which ensured a great night's sleep. 5. The dried fruits, dates, and raisins provided in the room were delicious! 6. The laundry room was spacious and very convenient. This was our first time visiting the Pamir Plateau and our first encounter with the Tajik people. We loved the scenery in Tashkurgan and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I stayed one night at the Togelun Xia Mu Gaodi Stargazing Camp, and it was a truly fantastic experience, definitely five stars! There's also an adorable Golden Retriever named 'Niangao' (Rice Cake). From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and patiently explained the room facilities. They also reminded us of the best times to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlit peaks) and for stargazing, and even arranged a Tajik home visit – very considerate. The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise. There was a Yuewell nasal oxygen concentrator and underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at all at night. The bathroom featured a Jomoo wet/dry separation design, and the toiletries were from Chando, a well-known domestic brand that felt reliable. The most delightful surprise was that the tents and outdoor furniture were all from Mobigarden, ensuring brand consistency and a premium feel. Overall, the facilities are complete, the service is warm, and the attention to detail is excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is super convenient, and parking is a breeze. The Grape Night Market is right downstairs, but even though it's lively, the room was surprisingly quiet. The decor has so much local character; the whole hotel is filled with beautiful spots perfect for photos. A big shoutout to the lovely front desk ladies, Xia Zha and Xiao Gu, for their warm and thoughtful service. They even upgraded our room! After we exchanged WeChat contacts, they proactively and kindly provided details about the hotel's amenities and breakfast. They were always ready to answer any questions, and I really have to commend them! This is the most unique Wyndham I've ever stayed in, and it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast restaurant by the pool offers a great dining atmosphere and a rich variety of choices. Everything was absolutely perfect!

The room size was adequate and quite spacious, providing a comfortable stay. It certainly did not feel small. One area for improvement is that Hilton Urumqi should inform guests in advance about the complimentary shuttle bus service to the city center. We only discovered its availability after noticing other guests taking the shuttle back to the hotel. Had we known earlier, it would have been very convenient and enhanced our overall experience.

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a stunning, large snow lotus lamp, which is incredibly beautiful and truly gives the hotel a distinctive Xinjiang feel. There are also many traditional flower hats for guests to try on and take photos with, which is a great touch. The hotel's location is superb, very close to both the airport and the train station. Plus, there's a street full of local snacks nearby, making shopping convenient and quick. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The card access system for the elevators ensures safety and peace of mind. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is great. I had a wonderful rest. The lobby manager, SR, was absolutely amazing, providing efficient and excellent service! I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it! It's fantastic, truly great, and I will definitely choose Wanda Vista Hotel again!!
