What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

The hotel is very good, just a dozen minutes walk from the museum! Hygiene: Very good! Environment: Comfortable! In the central city, there are dedicated parking spaces, which is very convenient for travel! The price-performance ratio of the room is also very high, and the breakfast is also very good!

The hotel is stunned, in all its manifestations, breakfast 5 stars, insecurity on the roof did not use but are sure of the number of occupied tables near there everything is good, visited in spa, area on 5 service on 5, massage level of guys forgive 3 points, Crete would recommend? It was good but we expected much more, it was not possible to reserve a place for the Japanese restaurant, there is no room service, after dining room hours there is no food through room service, in the minibar or in the hotel bar, it is very disappointing, if you are hungry at noon there is almost nothing to eat at the pool, the actual level does not reflect an outstanding score but more of an 8.5/10, the view is stunning, the rooms are beautiful,

The reception was very warm and thoughtful. I just arrived at the hotel to send the free mint soda special drink, because our flight was late, they also gave late check out. Helping to call a taxi, store luggage, etc. is also very skilled and fast, the room is clean, because we are traveling in the off-season, this store is very cost-effective

So the hotel was very good, the only problem was the reservation, I booked with trip with private jacuzzi, and when I arrived at the hotel there was no reservation with jacuzzi but only a basic room. I saw the reservation at the hotel so the error came from trip. They only reimbursed me 293 euros while the rooms without jacuzzi were at least 500 euros less.. Really disappointed, I don't think I'll book again on trip. But the hotel was great!!

Very beautiful modern hotel. We really had relaxing time there. Comfortable bed, good breakfast , we tried a la carte restaurant and we really liked it . Sun beds are super comfortable , lots of cabanas , you have your privacy . Beautiful evening ambiance . Room was big enough with a nice jacuzzi. Staff is nice and friendly . Unforgettable stay .

The hotel is pleasantly located by the sea, 30 minutes walk from the port, with a pretty garden. The swimming pools are very pleasant and the deckchairs comfortable. The staff is pleasant, smiling, but not up to standard for a hotel of this standard. Training problems are obvious: tables not necessarily cleared, non-compliance with orders. The rooms were not cleaned very well, and often we had to ask reception to have it corrected. I regret having paid extra for a suite, whereas with a classic sea view room the view was much more beautiful, and the facilities of the classic room were better: my terrace lacked something to put wet clothes on for to dry them, in the bathroom no shelf to put things on, it's really problematic for an establishment of this standard. Just like in the wardrobe, it was impossible to put the clothes down, I had to leave them on the desk even though there was a lot of empty space that could have been used as a shelf. This is not normal. The valet parking service is appreciable. Overall I am satisfied with my stay, but you have to be careful, because the price is high and the services are not necessarily up to par.
