"We recently stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several things the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth, the reception staff were courteous, and we genuinely appreciated the effort the team put into decorating the room with balloons and a cake for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a higher floor. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration special. However, what stood out was that many of the small details expected from a luxury brand like Taj were missing. Luxury hospitality is often defined by consistency in the little things. While walking through the corridors, several staff members passed by without even a smile or a simple greeting. It may seem minor, but these small interactions are what create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At other luxury hotels such as Oberoi or St. Regis, the staff consistently make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that feeling here. There were also several oversights with the room setup. The room was booked for three guests, yet only two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, and one bathrobe were provided. We had to call housekeeping for additional amenities. Again, it's a small detail, but these are the small things that guests naturally expect at this level of hospitality. The Locker rooms just had towels with no bath robes and slippers. Clearly it's cost cutting and any experienced traveller would feel that. Breakfast was not up to the mark as well. I usually start my morning with soup, which is commonly available at many luxury hotel breakfast buffets. When I politely asked if soup was available, the response was simply, ”We don't serve soup here,” rather than offering a warm or helpful alternative. None of these issues individually ruined our stay. In fact, the birthday arrangement and reception experience were genuinely appreciated. But when you're staying at a property carrying the Taj name, it's the attention to detail that makes the experience exceptional. Those details were unfortunately missing throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the foundation is clearly there. With better attention to small touches and more consistent guest interaction from the staff, the overall experience would better reflect the luxury reputation that Taj is known for."

"During my recent stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru, I was truly captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service offered by this magnificent hotel. Nestled in the bustling heart of the city on Mahatma Gandhi Road, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay. One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. Whether it was the sumptuous Indian dishes or the delectable Italian fare, every meal was a culinary delight. The spa and wellness facilities were the perfect antidote to a busy day, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with the use of wind energy and EV charging stations highlighting their dedication to the environment. Overall, The Oberoi Bengaluru provided an unforgettable experience, seamlessly combining modern luxury with timeless elegance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Bengaluru. --- I hope this review captures the essence of your experience. Do you have any specific details you'd like to add or adjust?"

"We had a really bad experience with our first hotel which was oakwood whitefield (please don’t book oakwood! I was trapped in elevator for 15 min and didn’t get any apologies or acknowledgment from the staff and general manager) Palm meadows on the other hand were awesome from start to finish. We came very early but I think the receptionist saw how distraught we were and allowed us to do early check in. All throughout they have been really helpful. The room had black out curtains so we had such good sleep. Very worth it for the price."

"I genuinely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Racecourse. Everything was just so well done—the rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and the service was totally premium. Plus, getting that view of the racecourse was such a nice touch. It’s in a really sweet spot, too. You can easily hop on the metro or head over to Majestic, and places like Cubbon Park and UB City are super close, even though the airport is a bit of a drive. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so nice. Overall, such a great vibe. I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is relatively new and the overall environment is ok. But the waiter, really have to train well, check out for more than 40 minutes, not to print the wrong date is to mistype the company name, the tax number said to be added and did not add, keep making mistakes. The speech is also very rude."

"The staff came pick us up at the airport with nameplate and happy smile at midnight. Despite the 5 minutes ride to the hotel, he introduced Bangalore to us enthusiastically then saw him again at breakfast time. Very hardworking staff!."

"It's about a 10-minute drive from major tourist attractions like Mysore Palace and close to Mysore's affluent Gokulam neighborhood. Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone. I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service. The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber."
