"Prince Hotel Osaka Bay | A Perfect Getaway with Full-Score Ocean Views and Exceptional Service My recent stay at the Prince Hotel Osaka Bay during my Osaka trip was truly an unexpectedly perfect experience, definitely deserving a five-star rating! 🌊 Stunning Ocean Views, Utterly Romantic Perched on Osaka Bay, the ocean view rooms offer an unbeatable vista! On clear days, you can spot the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge and Awaji Island in the distance, but the most breathtaking moment is at sunset, when the entire sea turns a vibrant orange-red, romantic beyond words. At night, Osaka Bay twinkles with lights, the city's nightscape reflecting beautifully on the water – it’s gorgeous both day and night. 🏨 Elegant Design, Comfortable Rooms The hotel, formerly a Hyatt, boasts a retro-modern Art Deco style throughout, with marble columns and brass accents exuding sophistication. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with excellent water pressure. The lighting is thoughtfully designed and cozy, with a sense of quality evident in every detail. 🤵 Attentive Service, Like Home The front desk staff and all other personnel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. When a guest had an unexpected issue late at night, the front desk reacted swiftly and handled it adeptly. The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! Highly recommended to all friends visiting Osaka!"

"The room itself is decent, though it might feel a bit cramped for two people. The location is quite good, right by what I'd call Osaka's 'Suzhou Creek.' There are many art museums nearby. However, if you're a woman walking alone at night, it can feel a bit deserted. If you plan on staying out late, a more central location might be better. I told the front desk I'm a light sleeper, but they still put me right across from the cleaning room, which was really annoying. I was woken up early in the morning by the noise. I've attached the shuttle schedule. I actually found it more convenient to take the bus to the art museum."

"The room was a bit small, I booked a twin room for 2200 a night at the end of May. It was okay though, haha, the location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. It's right next to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hermes is right downstairs. Facilities: Quite new Cleanliness: Decent Ambiance: It's an older building, so a bit dated Service: Very good, I forgot my credit card and didn't have cash, but they still let me check in without a pre-authorization deposit."

"This is my second stay here, mainly because the location is super convenient for transportation and shopping. It's right by Kintetsu Department Store, which is downstairs, and there are all sorts of delicious food options. Getting anywhere from here is a breeze. This time, I booked a room advertised as 24 square meters, but the actual experience was quite poor. It had an outdoor balcony, but the room itself was enclosed, so the balcony basically ate into the usable space, making the room feel very cramped. Plus, it wasn't cleaned properly; there was dust on the nightstand, which is really unacceptable for a five-star hotel. After discussing it with the front desk, they upgraded me to a 31-square-meter room. Their service attitude was still good. My advice for future bookings is to pay close attention to the room type. Also, they really need to improve their housekeeping."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Sakai Station on the Nankai Line. There's a connecting walkway, so you don't have to worry about rain. It's also super convenient with a shopping mall and plenty of dining options nearby. We had a room facing the harbor, and the view was absolutely stunning. The only real downside was the bathroom – there wasn't just one, but several small cockroaches. I didn't report it to the front desk at the time because I figured even if we switched rooms, it probably wouldn't solve the problem, so we just made do."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 3-5 minute walk to Osakajokoen JR Station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's an elevator inside the station that goes directly to the exit. After exiting, you walk about a hundred meters along a corridor to another elevator that takes you to ground level. Cross a small bridge and an intersection, and you're at the hotel. This is incredibly convenient if you have large luggage. The hotel is situated on the northeast side of Osaka Castle Park, by a small bridge, so you can easily stroll along the castle moat anytime. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. Cross the overpass from the park's south exit, and you'll find Q's Mall. There are also countless restaurants if you walk to Kyobashi Station (and along the way). For airport transfers, take the JR line to Tennoji, then transfer to the JR Loop Line (red), and it's just six stops to Osakajokoen Station. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing – it's very quiet. The mattress and pillows are just right, providing a great sleeping environment. The hotel service is highly professional, from the front desk and restaurant to the lobby and concierge. The breakfast is a rich blend of Western and Japanese styles (though the coffee was a bit weak). I stayed for seven nights in total and had a fantastic experience."

"This was my second stay, and I was here for nine days and eight nights. It's really convenient to walk to Umeda. The spa upstairs is also fantastic. I particularly loved the small river coffee and oolong tea provided in the room. The view of the Osaka City Hall is superb; I could enjoy coffee while admiring the night view without having to go up to the 16th floor like other tourists just for a photo op."
