I booked the sea view romance suite with jacuzzi 2409, top floor corner unit. We loved our unit so much! The view… the design, the jacuzzi. Everything is amazing. Delicious breakfast, stunning rooftop bar and gourmet restaurant…! We didn’t have the time to try the spa but it was amazing for sure. The pool isn’t huge but all in marble and has an incredible sea view. Last but not least, the staff is very polite and welcoming. We will come back 😊!

The tennis court is beautiful and the hotel has amazing facilities. My room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The only downside is the location – it’s a bit isolated and you’ll need a vehicle to get around. But if you don’t mind that, the excellent facilities and clean rooms make it worth staying here.

We stayed for one night to experience Bangtao Beach, which is not the main beach area in Phuket. Reception was warm and gave us a welcome drink. Breakfast spread was huge, from Thai to Western. The staff at the restaurant didn't have a trolley to carry plates and cutlery – they had to carry everything to the kitchen by hand. Providing a trolley would be much better, as it's too heavy for them otherwise. The only issue was with housekeeping. I met a staff member on our floor just before opening my door and asked for a few more bottles of water. She didn't seem happy about it – either she didn't understand English or was expecting a tip. Overall it was okay for a one-night stay.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic. The hotel grounds are like a beautiful garden, absolutely lovely. Even though it's not in the bustling Patong Beach area, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Patong. It's about a 20-30 minute ride one way. Taxis there and back would cost around 80 baht, so it saved me some meal money! If you don't want to venture out, you can just relax on the hotel's beach, feel the sand between your toes, and do some simple snorkeling. If I ever come back to Phuket, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended!

I was a bit worried after seeing some other reviews, but my stay completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the infinity pool offers an amazing view and experience. After checking in, they upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the thoughtful design even allows you to see the ocean through the mirror while you're getting ready. The air conditioning was always on, so the room wasn't humid at all. They also provided freshly laundered, warm duvets that had a comforting milky scent. The hotel offers scheduled shuttle service to Patong Beach Center, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to nearby attractions. There's a 7-Eleven and restaurants right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The only downsides are that the hotel feels a bit like a maze, requiring you to carry luggage up and down stairs, and the sea-view room was a bit noisy due to being near the street.

The room boasts standard five-star amenities, feeling neither damp nor outdated. While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast quality was excellent, and the service was impeccable; the Thai smiles always put me at ease. The 'casa' (villa/suite) offered incredible views, and the sunsets and evening glow were stunning. The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB. The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I was a bit surprised because I specifically requested not to have a corner room. The front desk staff, with a polite smile, still gave me the most remote, furthest corner room in the entire hotel. (As you can see in the photo, it's on a downward slope, right at the edge of the hotel fence. While swimming, I saw three dogs run by, and two men walk past... speechless). I even booked a villa, and it was the very last villa in the villa area, requiring a long walk down a steep set of stairs. Meanwhile, several other villas, centrally located and without stairs, were empty. Unbelievable. The hotel environment is quite good, and the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was very mediocre. I stayed for three nights but only had breakfast once; for the other mornings, I ordered room service instead.

It was way too noisy. The motorcycles on the street were incredibly loud. The hotel room even came with earplugs, which surprised me at first; I wondered how bad it could be to warrant them. But I didn't expect that at night, there would be racing gangs constantly speeding by on the road, and various animal sounds in the early morning. The earplugs were completely useless; it felt like sleeping out in the wild. I had booked for two nights but only stayed one before leaving. Not getting proper rest ruins any trip. However, the scenery was beautiful, and the breakfast restaurant was lovely. Just to clarify, the breakfast was as follows:

It is a truly wonderful hotel, beautifully blending Phuket cultures with modernity, with a character. Our room was spotlessly clean, thanks to Rayya who cleaned our room the last 4 days, with heart. Breakfast was amazing. And many thanks to Yeam who helped us book all the taxi and massage, making sure everything was smooth. The swimming pool was great too, where you can eat and swim at the bar all day long. This is not just another luxury hotel, this is a luxury hotel with a real local touch and hospitality. Highly recommend if you want to have a mental reset!
