Пользовался услугами прачечной дорого но все идеально чисто и наглажено. Рядом парковка городская плюс много парковочных гаражей рядом. В пешей доступности музей Джонни Кэша, Музей Кантри, Хоккейная Арена Предаторз и главная улица города. В отеле есть фитнес зал позаниматься с силовыми тренажерами не получится но кардио тренажеры разнообразные. В общем если в Нашвилле то только в этот отель!

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I loved that they had car service for travel within 3 miles. The bartender in the lobby was great! He made great recommendations for dinner locations. Definitely will return.

The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

Very friendly staff, excellent location near river, downtown, and arts district.  Rooms have just enough space to fit a couch and the hotel interior has a great eclectic feel.
