This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!

Facilities: Undoubtedly the best in Liuzhou! Opened in 2025, so everything is brand new. They even have family rooms with slides, which my kids absolutely loved! Plus, there's a public kids' ball pit on the 2nd floor, providing another great spot for children to spend time. Hygiene: The rooms have wooden floors instead of carpets, so there's no unpleasant smell when you enter, unlike other hotels. Thumbs up!👍 Ambiance: The lobby is on the 13th floor, and you get amazing river and bridge views while enjoying afternoon tea and breakfast. The experience was truly wonderful. Service: The front desk staff were warm and courteous. Our two rooms came with a complimentary 3-hour electric scooter rental, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the local nightlife! Location: The hotel is situated in Wuxing Street, the most vibrant area, and you can walk there in just 2 minutes. Super convenient! The only minor drawback is that the water quality in the infinity pool could use more filtration and disinfection.

The family room was very spacious, and they provided a baby cot, which is a huge plus for families with infants. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, and right next to it are Dongxi Alley and the pedestrian street, making dining very convenient. The Lao Dongjiang rice noodles were really good, and I also recommend trying the glutinous rice balls. The prices in Guilin are incredibly affordable! Just a heads-up: avoid the '40-year-old restaurant' for beer fish that taxi drivers recommend – it's overpriced and not tasty at all.

The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it has been a great experience and stay here. The check-in staff was excellent and the service from everyone was great,couldn’t ask for anything more. The breakfast was great, the location is really good for everything. Thanks to Jolin, Kevin and. Jean for the great and wonderful service. You cannot go wrong staying here. The laundry facility is great for us as we are traveling for an extended period in China.

I booked two different room types, and the service was excellent. Messages were responded to very quickly, and I really appreciated the concierge and front desk staff. The fruit was fresh, and the hotel is very close to the nearby scenic area. A walk by the lake was very pleasant. The public areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated, and the room decor is also quite nice. However, the carpet in the hotel hallways was noticeably stained and looked old. The window of this room type overlooks a row of trees; from a distance, you see trees, but up close, just below the window, it's the roadside. The price didn't match the window view, and while it's right next to the scenic area, neither this room type nor the twin room offered views of it. When trying to sleep at night with 'sleep mode' activated and lights off, the room remained very bright. The indicator lights on the bedside lamp buttons were bright, and the lights from the router or set-top box behind the TV shone directly into my eyes through the gaps, even when lying in bed. The indicator light on the bathroom mirror switch was also very bright. For guests who need a completely dark environment to sleep, without a night light or any light at all, this was incredibly torturous. The soundproofing was also very poor; I could constantly hear the thunderous snoring of the 'uncle' next door, and I could even tell it was coming from a room across the hallway. I could also hear water running in other rooms. I was really looking forward to this stay, and while the beautiful decor and perfect service were highlights, these shortcomings were quite noticeable, and ultimately, I was a bit disappointed. I'm writing this in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep.

The environment speaks for itself, just look at the pictures. It's definitely worth it; I had a very comfortable stay for several days. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. No need to go out, perfect for anyone looking for a hotel to just relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and there's a cafe on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. Even though it's a hotel coffee shop, the coffee is delicious! They also have Whiskey Sours, so you can enjoy a drink in the evening. They really pay attention to the details in their service, and I noticed they're quite meticulous about the public areas, which is really important. Some hotels don't focus enough on the design of their ground-floor common spaces.

Choosing the Orange Crystal Hotel in Guilin for our trip was absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, making getting around super convenient. The room featured smart home technology throughout, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The toiletries smelled great. For breakfast, they had authentic Guilin rice noodles and a wide variety of other options. The front desk service was attentive, and the hotel's chic and luxurious ambiance was great for photos. After a day of exploring the scenic beauty, it was so relaxing to return to the hotel. Definitely a top choice for couples!

The room was very clean and had a cozy, natural wood aesthetic. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the shower had great water pressure and a comfortable temperature. After showering, my baby and I snuggled on the sofa to watch TV. When we got sleepy, we just crashed and had a wonderful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable too. In the morning, after breakfast with the baby, we went to the rooftop to take photos with the 'Sky Mirror' – it turned out great! There's also a kids' play area, laundry, and a lounge on the first floor. The price was fantastic, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area.
