"(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕"

"Very nice stay! It's close to Central Street, the Quiet Night Market, and the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. Great value for money and a very central location. The service was also excellent—the front desk provides thoughtful amenities like eye masks, lighters, alcohol wipes, and toilet seat covers. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"It's pretty good and very convenient. Xicheng Hongchang is right downstairs, which was the main reason I chose it. It's especially suitable for families with kids, particularly young ones – if the kids get tired, they can just go upstairs to sleep. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, and the service is excellent. However, since it has been open for several years, the facilities do show a bit of age. Still, I'd give it a good review."

"The hotel offers a great open view, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a right turn away outside. It's also very close to Harbin Railway Station, making it a fantastic location for exploring the Daoli District. While the breakfast area is a bit small, I personally thought the tomato noodles were exceptionally delicious. Because the elevators are shared with another part of the building, there are only 2 for getting up and down, so just give yourself a little extra time when heading out."

Someone specifically came to my room, took my food to warm it up, and then brought it back on a plate. I genuinely felt the 'warmth' of their service! The traffic to the test center is smooth and saves a lot of running. The hotel service details are very well done, and you need to recharge items to call the robot to send them directly to the room, which is efficient and worry-free. The staff is sincere and will not be perfunctory to receive guests. "The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"
