The hotel itself is like a palace, with a lobby and atrium decorated in a unique local style. The decor is relatively new, and the rooms are top-notch in terms of amenities and size. The breakfast is especially plentiful. Located right next to the square, it's adjacent to a bustling commercial street, making dining convenient.

This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily open two suitcases. The small balcony with its floor-to-ceiling window allowed the sunlight to stream in, and the white curtains gently swayed in the breeze, adding a touch of sophistication. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and the facilities felt a bit dated, experiencing such a distinctly European hotel made these minor imperfections fade into the background. Being close to the street, there could be some noise, but earplugs easily solved that. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that the duvet insert was placed between two sheets. I heard many hotels in Europe do this; I even encountered this bedding style in a 5-star hotel in Barcelona. Despite these small quirks, I still fondly remember this historic hotel.

I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . The hotel is very nice. The interior reminds me of the Titanic. The location is quite convenient. The rooftop pool and bar are very convenient during the summer, too bad it closes at 8pm.

Pros: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided, and the breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The elevator didn't require a key card to operate, which felt like a security lapse. There were no tissue boxes in the room; after several calls, they sent small individual packs of tissues. Also, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The worst aspect was the cleanliness – there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. When I brought it up with the front desk, they just looked blankly at me and didn't offer any solutions or apologies. Location: It's about an 18-minute walk to Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, and roughly a 12-minute walk to Plaza de España (assuming 'Spanish Cathedral' meant Plaza de España). A popular Korean restaurant is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting to Plaza de Armas bus station by taxi takes around 12 minutes.

Excellent hotel location, right next to Shinbashi. Breakfast was great and they have a car park. There were almost no Chinese guests.

The hotel is very close to the train station, so we just walked there with our luggage after getting off the train. It's a bit far from the long-distance bus station, but there's a tram stop (metro) right near the hotel entrance that goes directly to the bus station. For visiting the Alhambra, it's best to take a taxi since it's uphill and quite a tiring walk. You can easily walk back though. The hotel breakfast is just okay. The coffee cups and glass cups are very small, and there are often queues for the two coffee machines. If you're a tea drinker, it's even more inconvenient as you have to refill your tiny cup after just a couple of sips. I asked the restaurant staff, and they said they don't have larger cups or teapots. The hotel doesn't provide free bottled water (which might be common for hotels under the 'city center' brand), and there are no slippers or body lotion in the room.

Service: Very good, there is water to be collected below, and there are green apples. Facilities: Also good, the hair dryer is adjustable. The hygiene is OK. Location: In addition to the train station, you may take three bus stops, and you can walk to the Roman Bridge, the mosque, and the castle.

Nice hotel with roof top bar and plunge pool. Very central in pedestrian area, but taxi accessible. Recently fitted rooms with all facilities but lacking proper clothes hanging space
