This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

The lobby is very spacious, complete with a comfortable lounge area. Check-in was exceptionally quick, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Our room was spotlessly clean and meticulously looked after, and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The location also offers very convenient access to transportation. It's truly outstanding and provides incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's Grand Corn (Big Corn) building, with the lobby situated on the 38th floor. There's an attendant on the 1st floor to guide guests, and you'll need to transfer to another elevator on the 38th floor. It's not a hassle at all. The check-in associate was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed her name tag and realized it was Maggie, who many guests praise on Ctrip reviews. She even upgraded me to a lake-view room for free when she learned I preferred it – a big thank you to Maggie! Just like other Marriott hotels, it was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. There were plenty of power outlets and USB ports by the bed and desk, which was very convenient. I didn't use the gym or pool, but I took a look around, and they seemed good. The pool is kept at a constant 28°C, and there were a few people swimming. The Ruyi Lake boat dock is about a ten-minute walk away, and there are many dining and drinking options along the lakefront downstairs, which is super convenient. Enjoying a meal or drink while admiring the beautiful lake view is lovely. My schedule didn't allow for a longer stay, otherwise, I would have loved to spend a few more nights. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhengzhou! 👍

Located in the walking street it's in a very convinent location with many shops and stools nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor of the building and is quite large. It has a great view at night and nice atmosphere definitely recommend going up there once during the stay. The hotel also provided us with tea snacks and tea which was kind but also when checking out gave us multiple local gifts. Sincerely deserves more ratings. I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

This is a really well-designed hotel, super close to the subway station – literally right outside. Parking is a bit further away, but still manageable. The front desk service was excellent; a young man proactively helped us with our luggage when he heard we had a lot, which showed great service awareness. The room had high ceilings and felt very spacious. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

Hotel environment: The overall is an apartment hotel, the front desk is relatively small, the room area is quite sufficient, the overall decoration is quite good, the facilities experience of the new hotel is quite good. Highlights and features: The most convenient thing is that it is naturally downstairs in Fat Dong, but parking is a bit troublesome. You have to go around the basement of the residential area next to it. Just remind me in advance if you don’t recognize the road. It’s still a bit inconceivable to run in the place for a long time. But the last video of finding the way was quite clear. Restaurant environment: The restaurant is on the 11th floor. There is a lack of guidance. It is still found with the sound. The restaurant is not big and the food is limited. However, the quality is OK. It is a bit embarrassing to close the meal without adding food. It may not be enough for the new opening, but the service attitude is still great. Recommended reason: overall it is good, the room type is upgraded, the room is cleaned very clean, the front desk is also very enthusiastic to send small snacks and gifts, take the initiative to ask if you want to take a little more water and other spare parts, the attitude is really great.

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂
