"Location: Close to the train station, but the surrounding area is a bit chaotic. Service: Almost non-existent. We had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, yet a staff member still pushed their way in to ask if we wanted cleaning. The front desk and lobby staff were quite cold. "I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs. However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively. If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved."

"The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back."

"Nude hotel without any individual and personal note. Steril relatively small and uncomfortable entrance area. The large, light and decorated terrace to the curtain park is very beautifully located, the dining and breakfast room does not take advantage of the opportunities it offers and has the charm of a waiting room. The rooms are relatively small. There is no comfortable seating. The rooms to the Kurpark have a beautiful view, while the rooms to the much-beached road and railway line offer a sad view. The location is nice, the cleanliness is good, but this noise issue really disrupted my resting comfort."

Great hotel at a great location. I was in Frankfurt for a short leisure trip and found this to be the perfect hotel, close to the airport (and train stations) and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was spacious as I travelled solo, but also big enough for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean as were the sheets, complimentary bottle of water and mini fridge present. Breakfast was included in my stay. If it's not I would recommend to book it as it was very good - and there are not many other options nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would certainly stay here the next time I visit Frankfurt.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, really close to the airport with no traffic issues, and getting to the city center is super quick, just a few kilometers away. All the main attractions are nearby too. Plus, the area around the hotel is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need.

The Frankfurt Airport hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of nutritious options, and the soundproofing is great. Plus, there's a free shuttle. It's a comfortable stay for a layover and offers great value for money.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

I stayed in a smart room for my business trip, and the cleanliness was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. The location near the airport was excellent, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I recommend it for business travelers.

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street. At the price I set at the time, I forced this house,

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Stay – Modern, Clean, and Fantastic Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel itself its quite ok. The only thing i need to complain is the service. Be aware that they will ask you for a credit card when checking in. I dont have one. The service staff refused to let me check in even i had payed the roomrate already and even i offered that they can double charge me in case its for deposit reasons and later refund me the overpaied money. They refused that, they also refused to refund my money when i offered them to chose another hotel. They also refused to let me speak to their manager. At the end, the only choice i had was asking a friend to help me out with his credit card. Be aware of that, either you have a credit card ready or you keep distance from this hotel.

I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs. However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively. If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved.

Location: Close to the train station, but the surrounding area is a bit chaotic. Service: Almost non-existent. We had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, yet a staff member still pushed their way in to ask if we wanted cleaning. The front desk and lobby staff were quite cold. Facilities: Quite new, and the large windows are great. Cleanliness: Average. There was a layer of dust on things like the tissue box and table lamp.
