Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

One of our favourite places to stay. Staff always helpful, good accommodation , food fine , convenient location for Grange Park Opera, lovely grounds for strolling in . You seem to think of everything!

Good and clean hotel but better to have a car as it's not the most convenient of locations. Service of front desk staff is very good. A little disappointed with the lack of a strong shower (This is more my own expectation that main attributes of Holiday Inns having strong shower and good internet) though I do not hold that against the hotel since the shower is acceptable and internet is very good. Will stay there again but will not be my first choice for that city.

This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good.

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.

The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!

The hotel was very good overall with good service, nice facilities and a nice family room which have recently been refurbished. The hotel was more than happy to heat up my food, good breakfast and having air conditioning which were really nice thing about this hotel.Unfortunately there were some problems such as the room card disabling each day due to it being sensitive to mobile phones and forgetting to give me, my wife and daughter’s 3 sets of towels.

We traveled to this hotel for the first time as highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed as the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom really clean. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use Ramada hotel in future while visiting our family

Pros: The location is unbeatable. It's a 3-minute walk to the North Terminal via a skybridge, completely indoors, which is incredibly convenient for early morning flights. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Cons: The room decor felt a bit dated. The breakfast selection was very limited. The coffee tasted like dishwater – I honestly can't believe I had the worst coffee of my entire UK trip on my last morning here.
