This hotel was about 30 minutes drive from Nasu Animal Kingdom and was on the mountain road. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets near the hotel, so I think it is better to buy beverages brought in at convenience stores found early. The room was very clean and the staff 々 was kind, polite, kind and happy. Thank you. What impressed me especially was that the full course of dinner was very delicious, and the beautiful golf course spreading from the window while eating made me have a calm time. I was able to eat slowly in a quiet place, probably because there were many calm adults in the customer base. Breakfast was also very delicious in a buffet style where you can choose fresh vegetables, rice, bread, side dishes, etc. The hot spring on the 2nd floor is a cold mineral spring, and it is called a hot spring of beautiful skin, so my skin became smooth and smooth ♪ I went twice at night and in the morning, but I was able to relax so that I could sigh. There was also a fitness room and an esthetic salon on the second floor. Also, the drinks to drink while watching the stars on the veranda of the room at night were the best and comfortable time The room feels a bit old, but it was very large, and the towels and roomware were clean and cozy. The bed was a little hard and I could sleep just right. The air conditioner can be adjusted in the room and there is also an air cleaner. However, there is no outlet near the bed and it seems that the mobile phone cannot be charged at the bedside. Maybe it was somewhere? I thought again that I was glad to choose this place because it was better than I imagined in everything. I would like to use it when I come to Nasu again ♪

Generally a pleasant stay, the place is old but pretty well maintained. My main gripe is that the soundproofing on the windows isn’t great, you can hear the Friday night crowds and cars. That said they do provide ear plugs at the front desk, which helped a lot.

雨の露天が良かった

The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.

初めての土地、那須塩原へやって参りました。 オールインクルーシブの宿を関東圏内で探しており、此方のお宿を発見しました。 探す条件として ・オールインクルーシブ(初めての経験) ・客室内に温泉 ・2泊で10万円以内 上記3ポイント探していたところ、日光ガーデンホテルを見つけ出しました。 最初はビュッフェではなくコースか〜と大食いの私からしてみれば物足りないのかなと最初は思った次第ですが、皆様の口コミを見る限り大変満足したとの口コミが多数あり 更に此方のお宿に決めたキッカケは、皆様の口コミ1つ1つに真摯に答えられているのを感激し、お客様を大切にしているんだなと感じ決めました。 車が無いと、公共交通機関利用のお客さんは大変かも知れませんが、少し車を走らせれば 滝、千本松牧場などなど観光地も楽しめます。 温泉に浸かりながらハーゲンダッツを食べ ビールを飲み…最高の非日常を味わう事ができました。 人生でこんなにもハーゲンダッツを食べたのは初めてです！ パートナーと共に今までの旅行先で1番のお宿認定です。 食事にも力を入れており、朝・晩と最高に美味しいご飯を提供いただき 山菜がこんなにも美味しいのにも驚きました。 部屋からの景観もバッチリ。 記念日に此方のお宿に決めて良かったです。 宿泊検討されている方居ましたら、1泊以上をお勧めします！ 最高のモーニング(和食、洋食) 最高のディナー(日によって違います) 2日あればどちらも楽しめます！ シェフや配膳してくれる方から気さくに話しかけてもいただけ フロントでアテンドしてくれた方は終日良くしていただき… また、泊まりにこようとお互いに決め… まだ書きたい事ありますが… こちらで失礼いたします。 大変お世話になりました。

During the recent three-day autumn foliage season, rooms in Nikko were extremely difficult to book, especially balcony rooms with views of Nantaiyama and Chuzenji Lake. This time, I checked in at noon and requested an upgrade to a lake view room, and luckily, one became available on the 5th floor, the top floor. The balcony of the room offered a breathtaking lake view! Although the price was high, it was truly amazing! Environment: Prime location near Chuzenji Lake, with its own dedicated station. The pier, lakeside, and Kegon Falls are all within walking distance. Service: Top-notch. From check-in to introductions, turndown service, and breakfast the next day, the staff were impeccably at home! They now offer twice-daily shuttle service from Nikko Station. Truly fantastic! Facilities: Complete with all amenities, including a private onsen (hot spring), and state-of-the-art bathing and skincare facilities. Cleanliness: Spotless, and the public areas are impeccably beautiful. Staying here is like living inside an oil painting, except for the price. But this is just one example! The purpose of making money is to achieve Ritz-Carlton freedom.

The facilities and hospitality of the hotel mentioned above are close to full marks. On the other hand, unfortunately the cleaning of the hot spring bath is not so good, and there is nothing that can be done about the quality of the hot spring water. And the quality of the dinner. The number of dishes is more than enough, but I would like them to take the taste more seriously. I would like food that tastes good, not just the price.

Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Kinugawa Station. There's a small hill where pushing luggage can be a bit difficult; you can contact the hotel for a shuttle service. Unlike most Kinugawa onsen ryokans, it's not located right on the river, which is a bit of a shame. Cleanliness: Excellent. Facilities: First, the large public baths have alternating men's and women's baths, each with its own unique features. There are sleeping baths, cream baths, and saunas. The overall design is very reasonable and simple. The rooms are large, easily accommodating at least four people, and include both Western-style beds and Japanese-style tatami mats. The rooms are large and quite new, without the usual musty smell of older hotels. The window view is just average, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Dining: We had two meals during our stay. Dinner and breakfast were both deluxe kaiseki cuisine, which was delicious and photogenic—five-star quality. It ranks among the top three kaiseki meals we've had at onsen. Service: Excellent. The Vietnamese lady who greeted us spoke Mandarin, and the restaurant manager, a lady from Guangdong, explained the dishes in great detail. Overall, the service was excellent.

An old hot spring hotel! Breakfast and dinner are really cost-effective! The food is delicious, from fish to small pots! Appetizer strawberry wine, hot tea and dessert after dinner! The hot spring is also quite good. We are the family of four adults with children. It is a very satisfying stay experience! I have lived in a lot of expensive places before, but it feels similar. Cost-effective leverage, praise!
