Clean, modern, new, comfortable rooms, reliable, hot and clean shower, free water, 5-minute shuttles to airport, which are all that i need for an airport hotel. I am all good with the average wifi, relatively short menu at the restaurant, and the lack of shops nearby. Very good value for money in my view.

The room is warm and cozy. Very recommended during winter season

My top choice for business trips. Even with a minor hiccup, it was still a good stay.

Hotel in quiet area close to tram station. 2 stops from central train station. Room clean on arrival. No lead for tv so couldn’t use. Hairdryer rubbish, if I started drying my hair on Monday it might be dry by Wednesday. Bring your own if these things matter. Cleaners came in but did not make up beds. No fridge or bottled water in room.

The rooms were small, and the surrounding environment was so-so. The rooftop breakfast offered a panoramic view of the city, but the breakfast itself was very simple. That's typical for hotels in Morocco. It was close to the train station, so I finally managed to take a train directly to the airport before leaving.

The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure.

There are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights. Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor 2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area. The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location ! Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too. 1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean 2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too 3. Heater works very well 4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea 5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too Point to note : The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a 30-minute walk from the Maritime Mosque. The hotel environment and facilities are quite good, and the cakes and desserts at breakfast are excellent and very flavorful. However, the variety of fruits is a bit limited and could be expanded.

We discovered this hotel by chance... it's very new, less than 5 months old! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Ghofrane, who welcomed us in the best possible way—smiling, kind, and professional... we immediately felt very comfortable! I therefore recommend this hotel, which deserves to be better known and more frequented! P.S.: I didn't have breakfast, but I imagine it must be on par with the rest of the service. One small drawback: I would have preferred to have Nespresso machines to have good coffee available in the room!
