"Transportation from airport to resort should have included, it’s quite expensive for almost £150 each extra. The room is old and ac is not cold enough but the view is amazing. The service could be a lot better as it’s 4 star hotel. I had a lot expectations as it’s Thai’s brand. All Centara in Thailand is unbelievable good. Foods are not worth the money at all. Breakfast is not good enough. Dinner is funny. Need to book the restaurant every night and every day are fully booked. It seemed like it’s just easier for them to get the customers pay for buffet which £50+ each night. It’s because of bad breakfast we don’t want to give it a try for dinner buffet. We needed to argued with reception to book us in, funny we only arrived in resort on the day, after we checked in we tried to book for dinner it was fulled until we checked out. The room beside us turned on music loudly at 7 am. We tried to use the app to contact reception no one responded and other messages as well, so idk why they bothered to ask us to download the app. Went to reception to report. They said they will let them know 5 pm still turn on music loudly! The last night we went to have dinner at Italian restaurant, almost finish starter I found a hair in my food, I told the lady she came but no apology just grap my plate and say she will check. 10 mins later a chef brought the new one out said sorry but I’m full and I almost finish the old one. So i denied to get it. But as 4 star resort and hospitality mindset is poor. We paid a lot of money but not worth it at all. Just only a view MALDIVES to keep us there till the last day"

"The hotel was incredibly easy to find, practically right in front of me as soon as I arrived in Maafushi. It was so close to the airport that I didn't have to wander around at all after my transfer, which was a huge relief with all my luggage. Its accessibility also made it super convenient for tours and getting around during my stay. There were tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite or just relaxing. The location was ideal for soaking in the Maafushi vibe. A big plus was the really fast Wi-Fi; I had no issues using the internet, and uploading photos or streaming videos during my trip was completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. The pool was well-maintained and pleasant to use, and the panoramic views of Maafushi from there were absolutely stunning. My only minor gripe was that I didn't find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, which was a bit of a letdown. However, overall, the convenience and location of this accommodation made it a thoroughly satisfying stay."

"A must choice for honeymoon. We booked through trip.com and got a massive discount (compared to the official website). Absolutely no hassle with the airport pick up and drop offs. We took the breakfast included package only and it was a great deal for the price. Later on we had light snacks in late afternoon and in villa dining, followed by dinner at their restaurant/bar (Bluu). Pricing wise it was a steal to not have gone full board with lunch/dinner. We recommend the Sunrise Pool Villa as it had the MOST privacy (even though Sunset pool villa was their most exclusive option, it lacked privacy). You can still be enjoying the sunset from their bar/restaurant. Would recommend to skip the dolphin cruise as the boat taken is on the smaller size (compared to the waves, possible for you to get sea sick) For a couple, rather to have experience at the spa for the same price."

"I had such an amazing stay at this hotel in the Maldives. The design is incredibly modern and elegant—everything feels so thoughtfully styled and perfectly put together, giving a true sense of luxury while still blending beautifully with the surrounding nature. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the entire property was spotless. One of my favorite highlights was definitely the infinity rooftop pool—absolutely stunning. I genuinely had the best time here and couldn’t recommend it enough!"

"Excellent service! The person we called was very responsible and spoke Chinese. We arrived at 4 AM and he arranged for us to enter Bandos around 6 AM, then took us to the island by speedboat at 7 AM and got us checked in immediately. The front desk staff who spoke Chinese was very professional. We initially planned to leave at 3 PM, but later wanted to leave at 1 PM, and he was very accommodating. He got us onto the boat at 1 PM. Just look for him if you come here; he's truly dedicated and professional."

"Close to the pier, the rooms are clean and spacious, and there's a pool with a beautiful high-angle view of the ocean. The fly problem in the restaurant, mentioned in previous reviews, has significantly improved; I noticed the hotel placed fly traps. However, the Wi-Fi in the room still occasionally disconnects, and I hope this can also be improved."

"We stayed in an overwater villa. The hotel's strong points are its proximity to Malé Airport, just a 15-minute speedboat ride away, and the fact that it's actually three small islands or hotels connected together. This means a wider selection of restaurants, pools, and beaches. The overwater villas offer good value for money, and the sand on the beach is fine with plenty of fish, though they aren't the most colorful. Overall, the service is pretty good too. The only minor flaw is that the hotel can sometimes be a bit slow with room cleaning and facility maintenance. For instance, some housekeepers didn't make the bed, and others forgot to replenish drinking water. Our balcony umbrella was broken by the wind and it took two days of requests to get it replaced. However, you can contact the Trip.com concierge if you have issues; the service from the domestic platform is indeed more efficient. Several problems were resolved thanks to Trip.com's follow-up. Overall, I highly recommend it; it's great value for money!"

"This was a cool experience, always wanted to try water villa. The island looks great, it’s connected with two others and brings you more wonderful views. There are lots of water villas there and that’s why it looks even better. Villa is big enough for two persons, got two bathes, one of them outside, it looks beautiful at sunrise. There was a low tide at night and a little island appeared nearby, we took a lil walk there. Then water came up again and we saw little sharks and even stingrays around. Transfer was kinda expensive, 250$ one way with 50% discount and also we expected a golf car to take us to reception on checkout, but in vain. (I had a huge sunburn before) We went to another resort, but regretted about it. For now it was a best stay on Maldives for us. Oh! There’s a YouTube on TV in villa, it was really important for us."

"Our vacation at Grand Park has come to an end, and I'd love to share my thoughts 🌴. First off, this was our first time in the Maldives, and we were absolutely thrilled. We stayed in two types of villas: lagoon and ocean water. They are completely identical and face each other. The lagoon villa has a huge advantage: it's practically wind-free. All the ocean breeze is absorbed by the ocean villas. The lagoon side offers sunset views, while the ocean villa offers sunrise views. The ocean villas definitely have a better view; from the lagoon, you can see several islands, including the neighboring Hilton. The rooms are very clean and were serviced twice a day. Linens were changed upon request, towels were fresh, and all necessities were provided: slippers, a beach bag, and umbrellas. Upon arrival, we immediately picked up masks, snorkels, and fins for the entire duration of our stay (these are complimentary). By the way, the watersports equipment rental manager speaks Russian and was very helpful and friendly. We brought water shoes with us but never used them. We always snorkeled with fins, and when we just swam from the villa, we couldn't even reach the bottom. They might be useful if you enjoy beach holidays and swimming from the shore, as the ocean entry there is indeed full of corals and shells, but we're just not fans of sand and didn't even go there. The reef is excellent; not quite the Philippines, of course, but there was still plenty to see. On the very first day, we spotted an eagle ray swimming right next to us – this was on the reef near the watersports rental, which I highly recommend for snorkeling as it's far less crowded than the reef near the villas. We wanted to go on an excursion to see nurse sharks, but a 'white flag' (meaning strong winds) was declared for all the days of our stay, so all excursions and even jet skis were canceled. We were very happy with the food. Breakfasts were quite varied, only lacking in meat (cold cuts or sausages; only pork options were available). We mostly had lunch in our villa, and it was delivered quickly. Dinner was also diverse; you definitely won't go hungry. All the staff were incredibly friendly, very open and responsive. Everyone smiled and greeted us, and the main phrase of our trip to the Maldives was “enjoy,” which we heard constantly 🥰 and we certainly did! The only excursion we managed to do was swimming on the floating platform, which we highly recommend. We took the package for $129, which included 4 cocktails + 3 snacks. We expected something like canapés, but they brought out full-sized dishes! It even ended up being cheaper than our usual dinner 😂. We ate our fill and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, and the photos there are amazing! You can stay there as long as you like, there’s no time limit. We recommend going at sunset around 4:30 PM or even 5:00 PM when the sun has already set to avoid the heat. The hotel is stunning, with very well-maintained grounds. The beach was constantly being cleaned, things were being trimmed, transported, and repaired – they were busy working all day long! There are many lizards on the property, and the Maldivian heron was also frequently seen)) The vacation was 10/10, the hotel was 10/10 – simply a perfect paradise! 🩵🌴 We left feeling incredibly grateful ✨"
