"We stayed at the hotel on April 1, 2026. We booked a triple room for approximately 8,000 rubles, including breakfast. The interior was ordinary, nothing special. The furniture was old, and we didn't feel comfortable in the room. The window overlooked the side of the building, and it was noisy outside in the evening. The breakfast spread was excellent! We really enjoyed everything, especially the delicious pastries with tea. It's rare to find sweet pastries in Turkish hotels. Oh, and I should add: there's no free parking at the hotel. We were offered to park our car overnight for 350 lira. It was a bit pricey, of course, but we had no other option. There was an incident with a phone; we forgot it in the room. But the staff reacted quickly and promptly returned it to us after we had already checked out."

"The location is very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough. The omelet I ordered was very good."

"Good day, the review is harsh. I do not recommend. First, from the pleasant, the hotel has 20 floors, a beautiful view of the city and the sea (I indicated in the booking a high floor and view - the room was provided), there is an underground car park, open 24/7, not guarded at night, a little shabby. Access to cafes, restaurants, in the shopping center, the possibility of breakfast, lunch, dinner 24/7. Very polite staff (I want to emphasize that all hotel service is based on the staff, but not on the management!) From the unpleasant and why I do not recommend: the hotel has been renovated, but the technical part of the service is very weak, the operational part of the service is practically absent. We checked into the room, the room is adjacent to another room with a door, it has been renovated, overall it is well cleaned, but the chair in the room is very old and worn, the cover on the TV remote control is missing, the duvet covers are small and do not cover the blanket completely, the sockets are screwed on haphazardly, the small mirror in the bathroom is without bolts, when we checked in there were dirty towels hanging in the room and clean towels were lying separately. The bathroom accessories include 5 bottles of shower gel, shampoo and one body lotion. There was a tea set, and water in bottles every day (this is one of the pluses). I would like to separately thank the gentleman on the evening shift from the housekeeping department, he replaced all the towels, brought extra pillows, thank you very much, very polite. It seemed that the hotel was renovated and everything is maintained by individuals (staff, but not the hotel management as a whole. For example, again upon arrival the room was clean, but it seemed that one person was cleaning and due to lack of time did not check additionally what shortcomings remained in the room. About breakfast: quite, you can find everything you need, the only thing is that the vat with soup is very hot - adjust the temperature, guests burn themselves when opening the lid."

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of Izmir. A significant feature of this hotel is its private grounds, which is quite rare for a city hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, with all amenities, and even include a bathtub in addition to the shower cabin. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's also a large, warm swimming pool. On the downside, prices at the hotel's bars and restaurants are quite high (even for a 5-star category), and they charge a €100 per day deposit upon check-in (something to be aware of). If you pay the deposit in cash, the unused portion is returned. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel; everything is excellent and high-quality."

"Location of the hotel is good centrally located, and by the sea. Very simple hotel room and minimal expectations of the room. However, the room's toilet has a sewage smell. Hotel breakfast just repeats itself everyday without varieties. But good seaview."

"The hotel environment is really nice, and they even prepared dessert cakes. Since it was Chinese New Year, they specially prepared greeting cards for Chinese guests, which was a lovely touch and made it feel very special. Plus, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, which is super convenient."
