Plus, there's a food street right downstairs, and the subway station is super convenient for getting anywhere. All the facilities are top-notch. This is a genuinely good business, and I'll definitely be back.

I brought my father, who uses a wheelchair, back to Dalian. As someone who also runs a hotel, I carefully chose this place after much consideration. First, it's very close to the sea, right outside the door, which is great for elderly people, especially those with mobility issues. Second, the rooms are spacious and don't feel cramped. Third, there are accessible ramps, making it easy for wheelchairs to get around. After checking in, the even bigger surprise was the service here. Every single front desk staff member was incredibly warm, proactive, and made you feel right at home. If service could be rated out of 10, I'd definitely give it a 10. As a hotelier, the three things I prioritize most are: cleanliness – excellent. Water and electricity – the hot water pressure is great, making for a comfortable shower. Safety – absolutely no worries there. Another surprise was that I could actually sleep with just the screen window open here, something I can't do in any other hotel, including my own, or even at home (though I have bird sounds there). I need absolute quiet to sleep, and I truly slept well here. This might be the most detailed review I've ever written, because I genuinely recommend it. I wish them prosperous business and hope to see those five lovely front desk staff members again next time I visit Dalian.

This place offers incredible value for money! It's so much better than a budget hotel. The room is spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the amenities you could need are provided. Plus, the location is really convenient. It's clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is also super nice. I went to store my backpack at 11 a.m. and they allowed me to check in early. I was very touched that they brought along a young interpreter(?) who spoke excellent English, even though I don't speak Chinese, and they even kindly explained everything to me. The room was really clean, and I was assigned a high-rise (43rd floor) with a great view, which I was grateful for. I was truly satisfied. They also provided extra bottled water in case we ran out, and provided nice slippers. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay and warm hospitality. I definitely want to go back if I ever return to Shenyang! Oh! And the night market right in front of this hotel is amazing. There's so much variety, and the food is delicious!

The hotel is very clean, the mattress is moderately firm, and the disposable items are all available, especially the location is excellent. It is very close to the station, Zhongshan Square, snack street and so on. It is not far from the subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. The store family is very good, the cat is very cute, and the room type is upgraded for free. Very pleasant trip

I have to say, this hotel booking was incredibly successful, haha! We brought our dog and were pleasantly surprised by how pet-friendly Dalian has become, reaching this level of cleanliness, comfort, and just overall amazingness. The location is fantastic, right by the promenade of Xinghai Square, giving it a truly luxurious feel. Just 20 steps out the door and you're on the beach. At night, the Cross-Sea Bridge's night view is right there, and we even saw a light show projected onto the beach. We basically experienced every beautiful aspect of Xinghai. Food delivery is also easy and comes right to your door. We enjoyed drinks and conversation in the room at night, with the stunning night views. Plus, the room has a yard where we could sunbathe and drink coffee during the day, watching people run and exercise – it truly made life feel wonderful. We definitely want to bring our parents back in the summer; I've got my eye on that big room, haha! I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service. They offered shuttle transfers, helped with luggage, and even asked if we preferred Chinese or Western breakfast and delivered it to our room. They answered every question, honestly more thoughtful than some five-star hotels! Having stayed in all sorts of hotels and B&Bs in many cities, this hotel's service, experience, and scenery all exceeded our expectations. It truly amplified the most beautiful views of Dalian's Xinghai. This trip to Dalian was very satisfying, a perfect seaside getaway.

My first night was booked through a different platform. Before arriving, I'd checked out several hotels, and none seemed ideal – either inconvenient transportation, poor hygiene, or lots of bad reviews. This was the only one with no negative feedback and convenient transport. I was even more pleasantly surprised after checking in, and immediately booked two more nights. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and answered all our questions. Housekeeping was really helpful; when they realized we used a lot of tissue, they immediately gave us two extra rolls and thoughtfully asked if we needed anything else. I think this apartment hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!
