"We had a top experience. Tian Tian and her family are super kind and welcoming, they really make the guests feel at home. They offer pick-up and drop-off service from and to Huashan North Station, and to and back from Huashan Visitor Center. The hotel itself is vey nice, with an external patio overlooking the mountain river beyond and the cloudy mountains. Our room was clean and cozy. We had all our meals prepared here, and the food was extraordinary delicious and fresh. The structure is located in a pleasant village. "I had mutton soup with bread and Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) for breakfast 🍲. The window view is a perfect photo op. Oh, and the slippers! They're even better than those in five-star hotels! The hotel is right downstairs from Joy City, literally less than a minute's walk away, so it's super convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping 🛍️. We had afternoon tea upon check-in, and there was even a late-night snack service. The garden tour event at Zhiyin Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! I originally thought it would just be a simple stroll, but the detailed and vivid explanations were incredibly insightful and rewarding."

"Before my son started university, and to fulfill my 76-year-old father's wish to climb Mount Hua, we embarked on a spontaneous trip. Choosing 'Jian Shan Xi Mei Su' was truly like stepping into my dream accommodation. Its location, nestled against the mountains, is superb. The room design is simple yet elegant, and having a water dispenser was incredibly convenient. The courtyard on the first floor is serene and beautiful, while the fourth-floor terrace offers stunning views of distant mountains and sunsets. The rooms are accessible by elevator, and the owner's cooking is exquisite – the food and scenery are unforgettable. They offer pick-up/drop-off services from the station and to/from the tourist center, and you can pre-order dinner, which is fantastic. I highly recommend it to all my friends. Oh, and for those who want to try lamb paomo, I strongly recommend 'Lao Zhang Jia Paomo' – the taste is incredibly authentic, it's where the locals eat, and it closes at 6:30 PM because it caters to the local community. All in all, our Mount Hua trip was wonderful, and I look forward to visiting again."

"The staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro. However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms. Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations."

Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. "Very nice hotel. Lovely staff - very helpful, loads of advice on where to find the tastiest food in Xi’an. The bath in our room was very big and comfortable. Big bed with very soft sheets. Amazing location - 2 minutes from an entrance to the wall. Loads of great food. Treats, eye mask and ear plugs provided (in the mornings it’s a little noisy outside from the food stalls). The cats are all lovely. The hotel provides some cat food to feed the cats. Highly recommend."

"Due to a tight schedule, I arrived at the hotel past 11 PM. The moment I stepped out of the car and into the lobby, I was enveloped by an artistic ambiance, a sense of an ancient cultural city immediately captivating me. The play of light and shadow was everywhere, and every corner felt like a carefully crafted scene, embedded in the hotel's DNA. A huge shout-out to the two front desk staff members, Xiao Qi (evening shift) and Xiao Fan (day shift), who were incredibly pleasant and thoughtful! Their lively and genuine presence really stood out! Hotel Highlights: 1. **City Wall View Room**: Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains, the ancient city wall, nestled among lush greenery, immediately came into view. It felt so close, almost within reach, constantly reminding me that I was in Chang'an (Xi'an). What's particularly impressive is how the hotel design perfectly preserves the view without sacrificing a peaceful environment; the double-layered soundproof glass doors and windows are a huge plus! 2. **No Main Lighting Design**: The lighting, with no central fixture, makes any spot feel like a stage or a small theater. 3. **Full Bookshelf**: I initially thought it was just for decor, but upon opening and browsing, I found them to be real, tangible books. I recommend enjoying a quiet moment with a book and coffee or breakfast at the foot of the city wall. 4. **Xiaodu Smart Control**: The smart service controlled by Xiaodu is incredibly user-friendly for those who like convenience and allows direct calls to the front desk, ditching the unsightly bedside phones common in traditional hotels. 5. **Rooftop Garden**: Perfect for photography enthusiasts and those looking to capture beautiful views. The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

Best place to enjoy Muslim quarter food. This hotel just upside 24h shop. If we want to eat,night view just go downstairs with lift. We family are 4th floor stay for 2 night. The room large and able to wash our clothes . Recommended. The xian grand mosque just 100+m walking distance. Drum tower walking distance. Easy transport to go to teracotta, the great of Qin teather. The host is nice

The hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right by the Yongning Gate city wall. It's super convenient to access the wall, find food, and hail taxis. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, though no shower cap. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The Chengtian room had excellent soundproofing; I barely heard any noise. The front desk staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and even offered complimentary drinks. The common areas were clean and odor-free. On a hot day, it's nice to just relax with a coffee there. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends. For families traveling with kids, I recommend the loft room (Chengtian); kids will love it! You can even 'climb onto the roof and lift the tiles' (a playful Chinese idiom for having great fun). The only issues were a slight tripping hazard where the stairs meet the bathroom, and also at the door frames between the bedroom and living room, which could be a bit of a toe-stubber. Just something to be mindful of.

Only smaller room has access to lift 🛗 bigger room is on different building and NO lift 🛗 At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame). I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it. He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣 He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up. We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it. And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +- I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them. All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks. But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly. The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing. Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option. There is also a small strip mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.
