The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming! We arrived early, and they even managed to get a room ready for us for an early check-in. They also offer a Disney shuttle service, which is super convenient. You can order takeout here too. The environment is lovely and exceptionally clean – you can run your hand over the bed frame and find no dust at all. The room practically looks identical to the pictures. Highly recommend!

Slightly off-peak season before the college entrance exam. They upgraded me to a room with a Glimmering Night View! I absolutely, absolutely loved it! 😘 My stay at the Bund Moxi Apartment was excellent; it definitely deserves a five-star review. The cleanliness and hygiene were a major highlight – the room was tidy and bright, and the public areas were consistently clean and organized, with thorough disinfection. The location is superb, close to major attractions with convenient transportation. The staff were professional and friendly, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth. The room comfort was high, and the overall value for money was outstanding, making it a great choice for travelers or business visitors to Shanghai.

What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time in this hotel! As two foreign tourists we had no issue with communicating with the hotel or the front desk. The rooms were clean and very spacious for the price and its vicinity to Disneyland. Furthermore, the shuttle service was great and helpful, they communicated with us clearly for both our departure to Disneyland and our arrival back to the hotel. The staff were incredibly lovely going as far as to bring us food when we checked in late because they were worried we had not eaten. Thank you so much to the staff! The cats were adorable too!

My experience at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect, I just have to write a long review to praise it! First off, the location – it's truly unbeatable! Just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. Nanjing Road and the Bund, core attractions, are only a few stops away. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a popular café, super convenient for late-night snacks or a good coffee in the morning. Even more surprisingly, the B&B is tucked away in a quiet alley, truly achieving 'bustling outside, tranquil inside,' completely free from city center noise. The transportation convenience is beyond words. A direct subway ride from Hongqiao Airport, no transfers needed. The nearest subway exit is less than a 5-minute walk, and there are many bus routes nearby. Whether you're heading to Disneyland, Yu Garden, or Lujiazui, they're all basically within a 30-minute commute. Taxis are also readily available on the street, and the host thoughtfully prepared a local transportation guide. Now, let's talk about the host's service – it deserves full marks! From the moment the booking was confirmed, the host proactively contacted us, sending a super detailed graphic check-in guide, clearly marking which subway exit to take and the quickest way to get there. On the day of check-in, they even waited at the entrance to help us carry our luggage upstairs. The room was stocked with complimentary bottled water, snacks, and even disposable raincoats and masks – the attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. We asked for local food recommendations a few times, and the host responded instantly; the recommended local restaurants were all very authentic. Upon check-out, they even gave us a small bag of Shanghai specialty pastries as a farewell gift. This kind of personal touch is something hotels simply can't match. The room itself was an even greater surprise. It was much larger than expected; in a city like Shanghai, where every inch is precious, being able to stay in such a spacious B&B was truly lucky. The living room and bedroom are clearly separated, more than enough space for two people, and even suitable for a small gathering. The decor is a minimalist, natural wood style, with comfortable color schemes, and every piece of furniture feels high-quality. The bedding was exceptionally soft, and there were both firm and soft pillows to choose from, allowing even someone like me who has trouble sleeping in new places to get a good night's rest. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything from under the bed to the windowsill was spotless, and even the bathroom drain was sparkling clean. Regarding the environment, the window overlooks a quiet small courtyard, and the morning sunlight streaming in was beautiful. Green plants adorned the room perfectly, and there was a faint aroma of essential oils. The host provided a smart toilet, an XGIMI projector, and a Marshall speaker, making watching movies on the sofa at night an absolute delight. The soundproofing was also excellent; we stayed for three nights and were never bothered by noise. In short, this stay far exceeded my expectations. If you want to deeply explore Shanghai, and also desire a comfortable stay with convenient transportation and a home-like feeling, this B&B is definitely the top choice. Next time I visit Shanghai, I will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I think this hotel allowed us to experience the luxury of convenient transportation, a five-star hotel room and service, and authentic traditional Shanghai culture — both in terms of its food and architectural design — all at the same time. The hosts of this hotel are warm, considerate, and hardworking people. We were offered umbrellas, laundry service, and trip advice without even having to ask. They have become like family to us now. It’s hard to imagine going to Shanghai in the future and not staying with them. The following pictures were all taken inside and around this place. Aside from the food we enjoyed every night, morning, and sometimes in the afternoon, we walked around the entire thousand-year-old village and had the best veggie noodle soup I’ve ever tasted, inside the local temple. We played by their fish pond (in the video) and felt emotional walking around the temple tower. We felt warm inside the entire time. And this is what it feels like to stay in this hotel, in Qibao Old Street （七宝老街） village. 我觉得这家酒店让我们同时体验到了三样很奢侈的东西：交通超级方便（离虹桥机场15分钟车程，滴滴可以停在离酒店20米的街上），五星级的房间和服务（卫生天天恢复到第一天一进门水平），还有原汁原味的老上海文化——不管是吃的还是建筑风格（都在照片里），两个字---“地道”。 酒店的主人们又热情又贴心，每一位都特别勤快。我们什么都没开口，他们就主动给我们拿伞、帮忙洗衣服、还给出游建议。现在他们已经像我们的家人一样了。以后再来上海，如果不住他们这儿，想想就觉得会少点什么…… 下面这些照片全是在酒店里面和周围拍的。除了每天早中晚都能吃到的各种好吃的以外，我们还把整个千年古镇逛了一遍，还在一座当地的寺庙里吃到了一碗素面，真的是一辈子吃过最好吃的素面。我们在他们的鱼塘边玩了一会儿（视频里有），在寺庙的塔周围走着走着，心里特别感动。整个过程心里都暖暖的。而这，就是住在这家酒店、住在七宝老街里的感觉。

Seriously stumbled upon a hidden gem of a riverside B&B! The huge grid-patterned floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view. You can lie in the bathtub and directly face the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Lujiazui skyline, with old residential buildings beautifully contrasting the towering skyscrapers. By day, the city view is expansive, and by night, the lights on both banks glitter, creating an absolutely magical ambiance. The interior is simple and clean, with refined and elegant soft furnishings. The greenery adds a stylish touch, and the bathroom facilities are complete and functional. The location is superb, just a short walk to Nanjing Road and the Bund, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The host is thoughtful and attentive, the check-in process was simple and smooth, and any questions were answered super fast. You get to enjoy iconic Shanghai landmarks without even leaving the room, and the comfort level is top-notch. This is definitely my first choice for a visit to Shanghai. I've already recommended it to friends and will book here again next time!

Nice, unique hotel with a picturesque pool. It reminded me of a hotel on tatooine from star wars or something. Very friendly staff, used phone translator often which was fine by us and they had good egg on toast breakfast for free. Close to Disneyland (10 minute didi ride, but not much else around). Also had fries and wings after checking out, which were not half bad!

The hotel is clean and beautiful. Dinner and late-night snacks are easily accessible nearby. They even offer a Disney shuttle service, which is a really thoughtful touch! The staff is also great; they respond quickly to any requests. I'll definitely choose Chuyu again next time I visit Disney!
