"The bus driver who picked us up in the evening was incredibly rude; I wouldn't even give him one star for service. We'd pre-booked the shuttle service and had already been charged online, with the order showing as confirmed. However, for some reason, we couldn't access the bus ticket page – it kept showing an error. Perhaps it was because we were using a German SIM card, or maybe there was an issue with the hotel's website (we tried again after leaving the hotel the next day, and it worked fine). But at the time, the bus driver was really difficult, you know? We tried repeatedly to explain and show him the order confirmation page, but he just said it wasn't his fault, that he didn't care about our reasons, and he only looked at the ticket page. His impatient tone and glare would have made anyone lose their cool. So, my husband got into an argument with him. I tried to de-escalate, telling him I understood it was his job and not his fault, but before I could finish, he pointed his finger at my nose, stared me down, and loudly declared, 'Yes, madam, it's all your fault!' Then he got back into the driver's seat and started muttering to himself in Italian, but in a way that sounded insulting. At that point, I lost it too. We flew all the way to Milan and took a train to Venice specifically not to deal with such attitudes. Can't there be special treatment for special circumstances? I believe such people are rare, but this one incident definitely ruined our vacation to some extent. The bus driver who dropped us off in the morning was excellent. Faced with the same issue, he let us on the bus and even said that these things sometimes happen, proving how different people can be. Now, about the hotel: it's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so it would be more suitable if you're driving. The internal facilities are decent; the well-equipped kitchen was my favorite part. However, one toilet wouldn't flush, the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the soundproofing was poor, likely due to it being a wooden building. The hotel has a pool, an internal shop, and a restaurant. The surroundings are quite isolated, with nothing to do nearby besides farmland and residential areas. The front desk staff provided excellent service."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is meticulously maintained and welcoming, the interiors are fairytale-like, and there's a charming inner courtyard. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was PERFECT – even nutritionally balanced! Plus, it's right in the center of Malamocco, with the little square, the church, and the lagoon just a stone's throw away... truly beautiful. It feels just like home. We hope to return soon."

"Very clean place and the I enjoyed the daily breakfast they served each morning. The host went above and beyond when I called him after-hours to help me find a wine bottle opener, I appreciate that. Some minor drawbacks: Our room was close to the common area and the sound isolation wasn't great. We could hear conversations being had outside, so we had to be mindful about privacy. Also, I didn't know this when I booked the tickets, but apparently Mestre city is kind of a shady area overall. Luckily this place is only 100m from the bus stop where buses can take you straight to Venice, so you don't have to wander around the Mestre streets at night more than you would like. Overall I had an awesome time though :)"

"El establecimiento está alejado de la autopista pero no es un problema, la ubicación es muy chula y merece la pena, muy tranquilo. Teníamos reservadoa una habitación standar y nos dieron una júnior suite. Habitación muy grande con un baño enorme. Había agua de cortesía y tes. El agua de la ducha con muy buena temperatura y presión. La limpieza muy buena. De la habitación lo único que habría que mejorar es el colchón, no es muy cómodo. Cenamos en el restaurante y la comida estaba muy rica aunque nos pareció un poco cara respecto a la cantidad que servían. El desayuno espectacular, todo buenísimo. Fruta fresca, yogur, embutidos, cereales, dulces, mermeladas y zumo casero, tes y café hecho al momento."

"It was very comfortable, good location not far from the sights, shop, cafe. Good breakfast, everything included, everything needed. The room is very clean, the hotel is new, everything liked. The administrator told me where to go better and what to visit, which made it easier for me to travel and I saw more than when I was here last time. Recommended!"

"This hotel is great because it's close to Santa Lucia Station, so you don't have to drag heavy luggage over bridges. The room was simple but clean, and daily housekeeping was provided. Check-in was smooth. They also offer luggage storage before check-in. Just be aware that luggage storage is only available until 6:00 PM, so plan your check-in accordingly. The room had a nice view since it was riverside. Plus, there were many highly-rated restaurants along the river, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. On the downside, the nearby restaurants stayed open late, and I could hear people talking in my room. Also, there was no complimentary water (it was a minibar setup). So, I recommend buying water and other necessities beforehand at a store like Coop."

"We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!"
