Jixiang Homestay (Ala-Too Square)

Ξενοδοχεία σε Μπισκέκ
Το Jixiang Homestay (Ala-Too Square)
"Our reservation was for 3 people, but upon arrival, the room we'd booked hadn't been cleaned. They offered us another room without windows in the same wing, or a room with a window in a different wing, but both were for only 2 people! We ended up having to ask, and even slightly persuade them, to give us an extra pillow since there were three of us, not two! Body towels were only provided upon request, and again, they initially wanted to give us only two! Toiletries in the room were already half-empty when we checked in. The double-glazed windows did a good job of blocking out the construction noise. In the room with a window, there were two single beds, even though we were three adults and a small child (one person on one bed and an entire family on a single bed!). The breakfast was exclusively Chinese: watery rice porridge, boiled egg, a bun, fried onions, and carrots. For drinks, there was green tea or water."

"A wonderful place with an exceptional view. The cabins are warm, and there's a kitchen, kettle, and projector. We had blankets for sitting outside on a cool evening. Cons: the kitchen is very slow, with one cook and one waiter, who doubles as the reception manager and hostess—all rolled into one. Breakfast is a la carte—there's no buffet of any kind, and it takes a long time to prepare. We waited 50 minutes and left without receiving three of our five orders, as we had a long commute that day. Conclusion: improve the staff and it will be 5 stars!"

Cozy apartment on Frunze 571-106

Ξενοδοχεία σε Μπισκέκ
"the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking."

"The room looked huge in the pictures, but it was actually quite small. The shower curtain in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been washed or changed in years; I was scared to even accidentally touch it. However, I liked everything else about the place; it was modest, cozy, and charming. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. I really enjoyed everything and had a pleasant stay. The hotel grounds are also fantastic, very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality, I'd happily return again!"

The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again."

The property is located in 30-40 mins of ride from the airport. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I arrived late, around 1am, they met me with no problem (and gave even a little food, cause i've complained i'm very hungry after the flight and everything is closed 😅). The place is very clean and cozy. I recommend you to eat a local kitchen in Navat restaurant (there are two: 900m and 1500m).
