Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

Great location, amenities, communication and an amazing apartment. If you are looking to spend some days in the city, this is a great option.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Not the best hotel but it offers hotel experience at the price of youth hostel. Quite nice. It is just beside Hyatt place so paying this price for the hotel worths it! Just 10 mins from old town.

The check in process was a little confusing because the phone number given in the email was not exactly where you check in. The guy in the phone gave us another phone number so we had to call twice. Room was nice and well equipped with cups, plates, frying pan, hair dryer, hangers, towel etc.

It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

The only minus is building right behind the building, but it didn't bother us.

Me and my two friends chose this apartment as our accommodation in Krakow. It locates just 5 minutes walk to the old town. The rooms are very spacious and the property owner responded our message very timely.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the attractions are very close. We drove past and didn't know much about the train station. There is a parking lot nearby, so you don't need to park on the side of the road. The maximum parking fee per day is 40 yuan (Polish rupiah). The hotel is an old-fashioned building and no elevator has been installed. We ordered a kitchen, at the highest level, one night booked that afternoon, 300 yuan, cost-effective. It's a one-bedroom suite, but there is no door in the middle. The living room is larger with a balcony, washing machine and larger bathroom.
