"E The price is quite high for what is offered. The dinner, which is included, is reasonably good, but considering the price per night, I think this is the minimum that could be expected. However, the breakfast could definitely be improved. It mainly consists of bread, butter, jam, coffee and tea, along with some cereal and milk. Adding fruit, eggs or more variety would make the breakfast much more appealing, especially considering the relatively high price of the room. As for the room, the shower is unfortunately not very clean. On the positive side, the bed is comfortable, and a shower towel is provided. However, the blankets are far too small. It is basically just a small throw that is not large enough to properly cover someone who is 1.80 m tall. My feet and part of my shins were left uncovered, with the blanket barely reaching below my knees. A larger and more suitable blanket would definitely be needed. Overall, there are several areas that could be improved, particularly the breakfast, shower cleanliness and bedding, to make the overall experience more in line with the price being charged."

"The location at Port Elliot is beautiful. We had a double room with shared bathroom as we booked late and this is the only one available. Although the room is very small, it is reasonably clean and the bathroom is also clean. Sound proofing is not very good in the room as we can hear the door being closed in the next room. The shared kitchen and dining room are a plus because we can cook our own food if we don't want to eat out."

"Tbf most reviews were bad, but the place was alright. The lady who taking care of the building seemed harsh at first, but she’s actually very kind and friendly. The building is unique, especially the hallway and bathroom. My 2ndfloor room had wooden pieces on the floor like they were still fixing something, but it looked pretty cool. FYI You also get warm clean towels filled up all the time!"

Cozystay Adelaide

"Quiet, clean private room. Good location. Affordable compared to other options, but I’m not sure it was worth the price cut. But there seemed to be a large burden placed on the guest to keep things clean and quiet, more like an extended stay than a hotel or hostel experience. No floor towels for shower so you have to mop afterwards, with a very dirty mop mind you. And the doors were clearly a way to cut cost, the kitchen door in particular loses the braking mechanism and slams even while you try to close it quietly. I found this kind of tedious. I also had issues with my blackout blind and reached out early into my stay and never heard back (more than two days later). And there was only one mug in the whole building! Also the sheets are that silky synthetic material, if that bothers you. Maybe I’m just being picky but the lack of staff onsite to talk to, (it says there is a front desk there is not!)"

We arrived on a very hot day and the air-con was already on, which is a big plus. Although the room is rather basic, it is very clean and the bed comfortable. Location at Nuriootpa is central for visiting different places in Barossa.

I've tried both the dormitory and private rooms, and they're both great. It's basically clean. I stayed for 4 days and only saw hair in the sink once (I didn't use the kitchen, so I don't know about that). There was some noise due to ongoing construction, but it didn't bother me much since travelers were usually out during those hours. We had to use the back entrance, but there was always staff present, so it was fine. The Melbourne YHA is a bit noisier, probably because of the number of people, and the cleanliness is just average for a hostel. But this place is really clean, and the beds/bedding don't feel old at all. In fact, they feel almost new. Excellent value for money!

Booked this hotel for our team during a business trip and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. I was running late for check-in, and the 24/7 support team answered my call immediately and assisted me professionally. Free parking was a big advantage, making it very convenient for business travelers. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay.

The bathroom for my first stay was between the living room and the room, and only the door on the living room side could be closed, which was very inconvenient. It was very inconvenient to take a bath in the bathtub because the water flow was not fast and there was always water on my feet. There are no windows, the air conditioner is not working, and one side of the desk lamp is not working. If you have a group of friends with boys and girls, I would not recommend staying here. If you have all boys or all girls, you can still experience this place.

I highly recommend the Motel Poinsettia for families seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The layout is exceptionally convenient, especially the car park directly in front of the room, which made unloading luggage a breeze. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was perfectly suited for our family of two adults and three kids, providing plenty of space for everyone. Safety is clearly a priority here; the property is gated and felt very secure throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus, with a Foodland within easy walking distance for all our grocery needs. This is a fantastic, well-maintained choice for travellers, and we would definitely stay here again!
