"We mostly booked the hostel hoping for a social vibe but unfortunately this isn't really present. Everyone keeps to themselves in the common areas and there doesn't seem to be much interaction. When we asked staff about any social evening/night recommendations there wasn't really anything specific they could recommend. The hostel is a bit out of the way from the lake but quite easy to get to by means of a short bus ride. There's not much vegetarian places around so if you're a vegetarian that can be a bit difficult. The laundry is also not included in the price and costs extra. Aside from this, the room was very clean and the hostel was obviously very well maintained, however if you're an international traveller hoping to meet some other backpackers in Hangzhou it's not ideal."

"Considering it was a bustling Qingming Festival holiday, the price for this hostel was quite reasonable. The room itself was decent and felt pretty private, with a curtain on the wooden partition. It has shared bathrooms, and you have to change into slippers upstairs. It's located in an alley next to the Chocolate Museum on Hefang Street, and I almost missed it the first time. Even though it's in a commercial area, it's surprisingly soundproof; I couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. It's just a short walk to Wushan and the Hangzhou Museum, and a couple of blocks to Listening to Orioles in the Willows (Liulang Wenying), so the location is excellent. You can even take an evening stroll along West Lake."

"After three years, I stayed here again. This is a bookstore-themed youth hostel, with a reading area downstairs and accommodation on the second floor. They've also added breakfast. The front desk service is warm and friendly, and the environment is great. I happened to visit on a weekday, so I had the room all to myself. The bed was very comfortable, and they even provided an extra blanket, so I wasn't cold at all at night. I really love this hostel! It's conveniently located near Lu Xun's former residence, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, they offer qipao rental services, which is a great deal. I just forgot to take pictures before I left!"

"The location is pretty good, close to West Lake and the subway station, making it easy to find. There's a 'Xiaohongche' (shared bike station) right downstairs at the entrance. Floors 8-10 all belong to the same establishment, with the front desk on the 9th floor. Floors 8 and 9 are for accommodation, and the 10th floor is for recreational activities. It would be better if the male and female dorms were on separate floors, as currently, there are both male and female dorms on the same floor."

"These words instantly reminded me of the gentle moonlight embracing me, the soft, warm girls sitting in a row, my roommate's neatly organized toiletries, and a display of cosmetics. It's just like being at school. The taxi driver overcharged a bit, but on the way, I first encountered a hotel, and then the supermarket was very welcoming. This is my fourth time in Hangzhou. I originally planned to spend a day circling West Lake and then leave, but this wonderful hostel makes me want to stay another day! They provide disinfected towels and individually packed slippers in plastic bags – so thoughtful! Plus, a complimentary bottle of water (a precious commodity in the summer heat). Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentle, smiling young man. I finally recall his smile, it felt like it seeped into me, gently crushing the few withered leaves within. Turning a corner, I saw soft, warm girls (not as formidable as Fu Hao) sitting in a row, their cheeks slightly flushed – a sight you don't see in other hostels. ”To the person in charge, can you assign me a partner?”"

"Facilities: The facilities are very complete, with private bathrooms and individual lockers. Slippers are disinfected and cleaned daily. There's a small snack bar with plenty of snacks and drinks, as well as washing machines and dryers – everything you need for travel. Cleanliness: It's very clean. The cleaning staff are diligent and clean daily, ensuring both the beds and common areas are spotless. You can always see them working hard to provide a clean environment for everyone here. Environment: The overall hotel style is quite appealing and unique. Interactions between guests are very harmonious; everyone drinks and plays games together. It's even more fun than college dorm life and well worth experiencing for anyone who enjoys reminiscing about their university days. Service: The service is exceptional. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning team are incredibly warm and attentive."

"This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Shaoxing, especially if you're here to see Lu Xun's former residence. It's super convenient, just 100 meters to the right when you exit the hotel. It's also very close to Xu Wei's former residence and the old streets. The room was comfortable, and the owner was very thoughtful; they even provided a therapeutic mat on the bed, which made sleeping very pleasant. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"The stay was very pleasant! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept well at night. The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they even kindly recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. The location is convenient, easy to get around, and has all the necessary amenities nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!"

"I chose this hostel for the Dawn concert on September 13th. It's about a ten-minute walk to Xiaolianhua. The front desk staff, both male and female, were polite and enthusiastic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with the shower on the left and the vanity on the right as you enter. The shower pressure was great, and the bed was clean. One of my roommates was smoking, but they stopped after I opened the window to air out the room. Overall, everyone was well-behaved and quiet. Everyone also gets an individual locker with a password lock. Other than a roommate's slightly messy suitcase and a few occasionally using instant noodle cups as ashtrays on the floor, everything else was really good."
