"The room was nice; it wasn't a bunk bed but rather two floors connected by stairs. The room had its own toilet and bathroom, as did the common area. What I wasn't used to was the fixed shower instead of a head shower, and the bathroom drainage in the room was a bit slow. The breakfast was delicious, mostly homemade, and the staff were very welcoming. The main entrance was a little hard to find, but you can contact the staff; their directions were very helpful."

"Incredibly friendly staff and hostel culture, with optional but extremely affordable €5 dinner provided (on top of the included breakfast). A refrigerator is available for use, and there's even some free bites available at times. Lovely hostel culture, with a ”bar” of sorts open in the evening. Staff was incredibly helpful, available 24 hours, and provided a whole slew of services, including offering an affordable taxi service at a fixed rate, even at ungodly hours. They even provided me a map of Naples alongside recommended sites to visit, each with detailed explanations. Optional laundry was €7, I believe, although I did not employ it. Hand soap provided in the toilets, of which there are many. The ONLY drawback is the location which is up a hill, and I had the fortune of visiting during Easter Sunday when the nearest station wasn't operating, so it was some 20 nonstop mins of dragging my luggage up an increasingly steep slope. Honestly way too good for the price, especially the staff! Can't say enough good things about them."

"The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk from the subway station, and there's an elevator which is really convenient if you have luggage. There's also a Conad supermarket nearby and it's right on Toledo Street, the busiest street in the area. Getting to all the attractions on foot is super easy. They have a dedicated luggage storage room on the second floor, next to the kitchen. The staff will give you a code so you can access it yourself whenever you need to. The kitchen is tiny, and so is the fridge. The kettles all have a lot of limescale, so I basically didn't expect to cook anything in there. However, the chefs here are amazing! Every time I smelled them cooking, it smelled delicious, and they even have free dinner parties every few days. I tried breakfast once, and the chef was incredibly attentive, even preparing eggs and ham specifically for me. On the flip side, some of the male cleaning staff were quite unfriendly and had a poor attitude. Most of the other staff are very kind though, especially the young ladies at the front desk and the female staff, and of course, the chefs. Just a heads up, the kitchen does close sometimes, so be mindful of the hours. I missed out on something one evening and then couldn't get it the next morning. The room itself is clean, tidy, and very spacious. There's plenty of room for four people; when I stayed, there were only two of us. There's a separate dressing room area which is great for changing clothes and such. Naples is quite unique and definitely worth visiting. San Elmo Castle was a highlight, offering beautiful sunset views, a volcano, and panoramic city views! The Naples metro also accepts credit cards, so I found traveling around to be quite easy. My only precaution is that I wouldn't walk around too late at night. During the day, I think it's perfectly fine, but always be aware of your surroundings."

"One of the best hotels in the world, with breakfast included, TV, washing machine, arcade and other entertainment facilities mentioned in the reviews in the public space, the staff is as friendly as friends, which reminds me of the atmosphere of Friends. I think it is worth coming here. I was refreshed when I saw the reviews of the hotel. It is so satisfying. Even though I am very introverted, I am fascinated by the atmosphere between people here and want to integrate into their feelings. It is really worth coming here. It is really worth it. I feel like I am on TV☺️ (like Friends is about the same as being on TV, maybe because I am Chinese, the culture of other countries is still too far away and too fresh for me.), I am very happy, it warmed my lonely journey to a foreign country and took in the wandering me. I am also very happy to come here. Unfortunately, my foreign language is not good, so I can't express these words to the hotel owners, so I can't say more and more thanks for the invitation. Anyway, I am very happy and wish this hotel a long life, and there will always be sunshine at the gate. 🌻 (Also: This place is a little cool, if you like the American cool feel, you can come and try it.)"

"I had a mostly good experience at Seven Hostel.The dorms were nice, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay. The hostel offers a tasty breakfast and has an amazing chef on the rooftop who prepares delicious meals; the kitchen staff were friendly and provided excellent service. While the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Despite a few drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the value offered."
