"I had a very nice stay during my solo trip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are various of subway line nearby but need to walk like 10mins to reach. Room is nice,but need to be more careful about the cleaning.By the way,I still like the place and love to comeback to stay. It is worth the money."

"This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall, this one was great. Even with my mild潔癖 (germaphobia) and light sleep, I found it perfectly acceptable. The hotel hosts guests from all over the world, and during my stay, everyone on my floor was quiet and considerate. The hotel provides a full set of toiletries, including facial cleanser, toner, and lotion, as well as hair dryers and curling irons. The front desk was incredibly accommodating to all requests (if you don't speak Japanese and struggle with English, using AI translation apps like Doubao is super convenient and accurate! 👍). However, they don't provide umbrellas on rainy days, so remember to bring your own. One minor downside: I found a slipper left by a previous guest in the luggage storage area. While it didn't really affect my stay, I hope the hotel pays a bit more attention to cleaning. The area nearby is very quiet, with a Family Mart and a few restaurants. Even coming back at 10 PM, the streets weren't crowded; mostly just commuters, and I didn't encounter any strange people. P.S. If you're arriving via the **red Midosuji Line** and have a lot of luggage, it's really not advisable to use exit 23 due to the stairs! **Honmachi Station** has three lines, and walking through the station is a super long journey with many stairs, which can be a nightmare during rush hour! I recommend taking the elevator from the exit circled in the picture (the map doesn't specify the exact exit number, but essentially, after exiting the elevator, you'll be on the roadside, facing a TASAKI store) and then walking to the hotel. It's a bit of a distance to the hotel but entirely flat, and following navigation makes it easy. The other two lines are relatively better, so you can choose an elevator exit closer to the street level."

"The hotel had a stylish vibe, and it was convenient having restaurants and a convenience store nearby. What I especially liked was that the rooms were divided into sections of four (on the women's floor). It felt like the bed space was the most spacious I've ever experienced in a capsule hotel. It was a bit disappointing that there were no amenities and the shower water was cold, but overall, I'm satisfied!"

"We took the Kansai Airport Rapid train at 1060 yen each from direct from KIX to Tennoji Station. Good to have a kind guy who brought us near to Cogo Tennoji just for a 7-minute walk. Check in was fast with Yasu ,the staff who attended us nicely. The 9- female dormitory was. clean and provided with a code to enter the room and a code to enter the main entrance of the hotel whenever you get home after 11pm. Shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash were free . Hair dryer is also provided but need to rent a towel . Toilet has bidet and clean. tissue paper is flushable . We have good roommates who value respect. The staff were nice and kind. They emailed me when my parcel arrived. So easy to commute by train to Nara, Kyoto and Kobe passing thru Tennoji Central Station. Thanks Trip.com and to Cogo Tennoji ! I will book again whenever I get around Osaka again!"

"If you're not a big fan of walking, this might not be your top pick. But if you don't mind an 800-meter walk from the subway station, Utopia offers fantastic value for money. I forgot to plan my trip around the weekend, which is how I luckily stumbled upon Utopia Guesthouse in Tsurumibashi. The owner is a fast-talking, dependable young entrepreneur who also runs a secondhand camera shop near Tsutenkaku Tower. The hostel just opened this September and features a 4th-floor rooftop terrace, which is quite a rare find in Osaka. Enjoying the breeze up there at sunset during my two-night stay was a truly special experience. The mattresses here are on the softer side, so those who prefer firm beds might want to keep this in mind. I slept very well, though—after averaging 5 to 6 kilometers of walking during the day, a hot shower back at the room knocked me right out. The water pressure and flow rate were fantastic, which shows they invested heavily in quality plumbing. The ground floor and the rooftop serve as two distinct common areas, where I was lucky enough to make some new friends. Together, we explored the nearby Tsurumibashi Shopping Street, where prices are noticeably lower than in central Osaka, featuring charmingly retro, Showa-era cafés and restaurants. For those craving Chinese flavors, there are also plenty of options. Most nearby cafés and restaurants are within a 300-meter walking distance."

"The large window in this room offers a stunning view of Osaka's nightscape, giving it a somewhat cyberpunk vibe. However, the in-room bathroom is literally just a shower; the toilet is located next to the elevator. There's only one toilet for all 8 rooms on the entire floor, which initially made me worry about queues, but I never encountered one in reality. Perhaps it was the off-peak season."

"I booked a quad room, but as it was a holiday and I was traveling alone, I had a room all to myself. The environment was great, but the common area was a bit small, and there were very few cups, utensils, etc., so cooking wasn't an option. The check-in information provided was very thoughtful; they even told me which subway entrance had an elevator."

"This is my second time staying here, and the location is incredibly convenient for shopping. Everyone is quiet, and there's a kitchen. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Pros: - Plenty of showers - Private small locker - Can leave luggage in public area before check-in - Fridge + Microwave - Yotsuba& manga Cons: - No water dispenser - Wi-Fi isn't that great - Ran out of dishwashing soap and they never replaced it - Laundry is expensive. Washing clothes costs 100 yen more than the ones at the other hotels I've been to. Even though this one provides free detergent, it's still more expensive. Drying costs pretty much the same. Pictures have been included to show the instructions, price, and duration."

"The room facilities were great, providing slippers and toiletries, and the bed offered excellent privacy. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance of a bustling commercial area. The noise under the railway tracks was really loud; I could still hear it even with earplugs. But maybe it was the sake I drank that night, because I actually slept very well (only to be woken up again at 5 AM by a cargo train 😂)."
