"The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels."

"I stayed in a 4-person dorm and the room was very clean and tidy. Aside from the beds, there wasn't anything else. Each bed had a thick, full-length curtain, providing excellent blackout and privacy. The shared bathrooms and toilets were also very clean, and the facilities looked to be of high quality. There was 24-hour hot water and smart electronic toilets. Honestly, I couldn't find any other faults besides the soundproofing not being great. The breakfast tasted good; it included a bowl of cereal with yogurt, a fried egg, two slices of bread, ham, sausages, and salad – definitely enough to keep you energized. I ate every last bit of it daily! The staff were also very kind and friendly."

"This hostel is located close to Osaka Umeda station, but there is a bit of walking distance (about 15 minutes). The receptionist/owner is very kind and friendly, check-in time is after 3pm but they have a storage room for luggage. The great thing is there's an amazing common area with kitchen, laundry, free tea & coffee, even a Japanese-style tatami room!"

"It's in a good location near to Nippombashi and Shinsaibashi metro. Bed was comfortable and spacious, showers are clean and well maintained. It's good except that it seems like there are travelers or resident living in the dorm which are weird and strange in my opinion."

"This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall, this one was great. Even with my mild潔癖 (germaphobia) and light sleep, I found it perfectly acceptable. The hotel hosts guests from all over the world, and during my stay, everyone on my floor was quiet and considerate. The hotel provides a full set of toiletries, including facial cleanser, toner, and lotion, as well as hair dryers and curling irons. The front desk was incredibly accommodating to all requests (if you don't speak Japanese and struggle with English, using AI translation apps like Doubao is super convenient and accurate! 👍). However, they don't provide umbrellas on rainy days, so remember to bring your own. One minor downside: I found a slipper left by a previous guest in the luggage storage area. While it didn't really affect my stay, I hope the hotel pays a bit more attention to cleaning. The area nearby is very quiet, with a Family Mart and a few restaurants. Even coming back at 10 PM, the streets weren't crowded; mostly just commuters, and I didn't encounter any strange people. P.S. If you're arriving via the **red Midosuji Line** and have a lot of luggage, it's really not advisable to use exit 23 due to the stairs! **Honmachi Station** has three lines, and walking through the station is a super long journey with many stairs, which can be a nightmare during rush hour! I recommend taking the elevator from the exit circled in the picture (the map doesn't specify the exact exit number, but essentially, after exiting the elevator, you'll be on the roadside, facing a TASAKI store) and then walking to the hotel. It's a bit of a distance to the hotel but entirely flat, and following navigation makes it easy. The other two lines are relatively better, so you can choose an elevator exit closer to the street level."

"The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet, yet not too far from the subway station. Wandering through the small streets felt very much like being in Japan. The front desk staff was incredibly patient and communicated with me using a translator. The bathroom and shower were very clean. However, it's worth noting that this room only has a private shower, not a private toilet."

"The staff is very nice! I booked a mixed dorm, but they moved me to a female dorm. This place is located near 2 train stations which is so convenient. Only 10 minutes walk. If you have big luggage, that's no problem at all because this hostel has an elevator. During my stay, on Friday night, staff offered free drinks and snacks. Great place to stay!"

"I had a very nice stay during my solo trip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are various of subway line nearby but need to walk like 10mins to reach. Room is nice,but need to be more careful about the cleaning.By the way,I still like the place and love to comeback to stay. It is worth the money."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the bustling Namba area, and close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The front desk features a comfortable lounge area and a water dispenser. What's more, on my floor, there was a large beverage machine offering a variety of drinks, both hot and cold. The bed was cozy and came with a TV that had decent reception. The bathroom, washbasin, and toilet were all quite spacious, and importantly, all these facilities were separated for men and women. I also discovered a prayer room available for Muslim guests, which is a very thoughtful touch. Of course, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive as well."
