"The rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are all very clean, with daily housekeeping and a dedicated drying rack for clothes. The public areas are spacious, and there's also a rooftop and a kitchen. I arrived late on the day of check-in, and the main gate (pictured in photo 5) was locked. You need to go to the small iron gate on the right side of the photo and either call or knock to see if anyone is at the front desk to let you in."

"This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I'm giving this place a 10/10 – I'm absolutely delighted with everything. For the price, it's an absolute steal! Resthub is right in the heart of Georgetown, with all the major attractions within walking distance. There's a shopping mall just across the road, and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The capsules (rooms) are incredibly clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. They provide towels, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. In the showers, you'll find shampoo, shower gel, soap, and even a hairdryer. All the other guests were considerate and quiet. I felt very safe thanks to the automatic door locks and key card access for the rooms."

"The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. My room was a bit close to the road, so it was quiet at night but a little noisy during the day. The rooftop is also a great spot for drying clothes."

"The hotel says it was converted from a historical building, but what I can't understand is why there isn't even a name on the door. I couldn't be sure even after driving around a few times, and it was difficult to stop and confirm. Although there was an email description, I couldn't confirm from the door that this was the place the email said it was. The walls of the room are a bit thin, and I can feel it when the residents in the isolation room lean against the wall. The Muslim morning prayer begins at 5 a.m. One of the 4 water heaters was broken, and one was turned on to 55 degrees but still seemed to be 37 degrees. I feel that the overall facilities are rough. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to love lane. It is a good choice for those who like nightlife. It has to be close to other places as well. The overall experience was not as good as expected."

"I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus."
