The hotel was even better that I expected for its price. Super clean room! Nice comfy bed, big balcony, water and coffee. Yes it is a bit loud but come on... it is Patong, so for me was not a big issue. But only one thing is really poor. Aircon almost doesn't work. I mean it works but doesn't do it's job - not cooling down. So unfortunately it was super hot at night. And eys, no elevator. But not a big deal

It's a good place to stay. Staff are nice and welcome. Place looks good. Air-conditioning works ok. Not impeccably clean, but it's not filfy. They have a kitchen and a place to gather. Overall I can recommend this place.

This is a hostel with a predominantly white, community-oriented vibe. It has all the basic amenities. If you're fluent in English, love party culture, and are an extrovert, this place is perfect for you. Of course, it also helps if you have plenty of money, as a scoop of protein powder here is 100 RMB, and just adding water costs another 100 RMB. If you're like me and mishear 'Sea Side' as 'cigarette' and are quite introverted, you might be better off finding a quieter, sleep-focused hostel. P.S. The pool is pretty nice, though I didn't dare go in since everyone there was white.

Perfect location! Such a lovely place ♥️ it really feels like a traditional Chinese home, full of warmth and charm. Staying here was like visiting my grandma’s house, cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small thing is that there’s just one light in the room, so it’s a bit dim at night. But overall, a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

The room is beautiful, especially the pool – booking this hotel because of it was definitely the right choice. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, but the staff weren't always at the front desk. When we checked out from the third floor, we couldn't find anyone, and even calling Trip.com didn't connect us. We had to carry our luggage down ourselves, which would be quite inconvenient for a woman with a large suitcase. The nightclubs near the hotel are really loud at night, making it unsuitable for rest. Even with doors and windows closed, the noise still gets through, though the hotel does provide earplugs. Public facilities include a microwave and washing machine, but both the washing machine and detergent cost money, I recall 20 baht each.

The room was nice, exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, and water and paper were always provided. Mon is a wonderful manager! Polite and welcoming. He greeted us with a refreshing drink 🌺. Wishing Benety House prosperity, and Mona wishes you good guests! 🙏 The beach is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk. All the shops are nearby. Tea and coffee are available at reception. The TV has many channels, including a smart TV. Soundproofing: you can't hear the road, as it's located on a side street. However, sound is good in the guesthouse.

Жил 2 дня в сентябре 2024. На втором этаже. Простое убранство комнаты. Ничего лишнего, но все есть. Качественный интернет. Горячая вода в душе и хороший напор. Не хватало только нормального стула в комнате. И на балкончике не было столика. Но это мелочь. Приветливый персонал. За свои деньги вполне хорошо.

The owner was very welcoming and kind, which made the check-in experience nice. The room itself was okay, though a bit old, and the bed was a little noisy. There’s a large balcony with chairs and a table, but unfortunately no real view since it’s blocked by the building next door. The biggest issue was the water, It had a very strong odor, and every time we opened the bathroom door the smell spread into the room, which was unpleasant. On the positive side, the guesthouse is close to the beach, so the location is convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay, but considering the water issue and the condition of the room, I think you can probably find a better place for the same price nearby.
