"Traveling with kids, we planned to visit the North Slope of Changbai Mountain, but unfortunately, the scenic area was closed for three days due to a typhoon. However, the hotel was great! They provided complimentary hot spring tickets, so we could enjoy a dip every day. The hot springs themselves were decent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and attendants available 24/7. The hotel environment was lovely, with wild cherry and blueberry bushes planted at the entrance, and even little bunnies, so we weren't bored at all. Not far from the hotel, there were ginseng picking spots, the Jiuxi Tingquan scenic area, and rafting opportunities."

"Its basically a spa, getting in and out of the spa is very troublesome as they keep your shoe as hostage and you are required to queue to check for payment every time you need to leave the hotel which is extremely time consuming. not suitable for family holiday hotel. Alot of additional charges especially for kids using the sauna."

"We stayed in the family deluxe room, the 'Dinosaur Water World Stone Age' themed room. The room design was quite unique and my child loved it, but the cleanliness was subpar. The floor felt sandy when you walked on it, and there was a constant layer of white dust on my phone screen and the wall light switches, which appeared every time we moved even slightly. I'm not sure what it was. There must have been a lot of dust mites on the bed. My child's legs were itchy and had small bites, and since it's not summer, it couldn't have been mosquitoes – it had to be dust mites. I felt itchy all over too while sleeping. It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, just superficially tidied up, without proper wiping. Perhaps it's because the room is large and has two floors, but in terms of hygiene, I felt the value for money wasn't good. We just stayed for two days for the child's happiness. The hot springs and water park were nice, but the water in the water park was too cold. Initially, we weren't allowed to bring towels from the hot springs area, nor could we wear slippers. The water park didn't provide towels or slippers either. My child's lips turned purple from the cold. Kids don't mind when they want to play, but it was really cold for adults, and we worried about the child getting sick. Also, walking without slippers was very slippery, and I was afraid the child would fall. Later, we saw people wearing slippers, so I went to the front desk to ask where we could get some. The front desk said that management had just changed the rule, and now we could bring towels and wear slippers. Then, there was a sushi stand nearby. I asked if it was chargeable (intending to ask if it required cash or room key payment), and they said yes, it was chargeable. Immediately after, I overheard a male and female hotel staff member laughing, as if implying, 'Do you expect it for free if it's not chargeable?'"

"The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here."

The overall environment is serene and elegant, with a lush garden-style layout, fresh and peaceful air, completely removed from the city's hustle and bustle. It truly sets a wonderful mood. The various hot spring pools are clean and well-maintained, offering a rich variety, and the water is wonderfully warm and comfortable – soaking in them was incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great living experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly polite. Check-in was efficient and quick, and their attitude throughout was gentle and friendly. Any requests were promptly attended to, and they even thoughtfully brought drinks and towels – their attention to detail was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, transportation is convenient, and eating, staying, and sightseeing were all very pleasant. It offers incredible value for money. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday and will definitely choose this place again for our next getaway!"

"The Crowne Plaza Changbai Mountain truly exceeded our expectations and was the most satisfying choice of our entire trip to Changbai Mountain. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the North Slope entrance of Changbai Mountain. It boasts an exclusive green channel to the scenic area, meaning no need to wake up early and queue in long lines. We could easily enter the park, saving a lot of time. The overall architecture is in a forest cabin style, surrounded by dense trees, creating a serene and quiet environment. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated with wooden furniture and landscape murals. The space is spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has its own natural forest hot springs. After a day of exploring, a soak there washed away all the fatigue from hiking. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of exquisite and delicious dishes. Choosing this hotel for your trip to Changbai Mountain is definitely the right decision. The experience was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit."

"This hotel, nestled in Beihu Park, is truly upscale. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are brand new, and the service is exceptionally attentive. A special shout-out to Lin Yuzhu, a server at the hotel's breakfast area, who was incredibly thoughtful. When my child accidentally spilled a plate, she immediately helped clean it up, showing great warmth and attentiveness. She definitely deserves a thumbs up! The hotel's accompanying ice and snow playground is also a lot of fun, and the best part is there's no waiting in line, so you can play to your heart's content."

"This time, we chose the Wanda Realm Changbaishan Hannashan Hot Spring Hotel, and our family trip was exceptionally enjoyable, making the whole experience highly recommendable. The hotel's location is truly superb. After entering the Changbaishan Wanda Resort, it's immediately on your right, making it easy to find and incredibly convenient for entering and exiting the resort. The hotel's hot springs live up to their reputation; the bathing experience is incredibly soothing and comfortable. The outdoor open-air hot springs, in particular, offer stunning views. Soaking in the pools while admiring the surrounding natural scenery is profoundly relaxing and therapeutic. We booked a quad family room, and encountered a few minor issues during our stay. However, both the guest relations manager and the front desk staff were incredibly reliable in handling these problems. I especially want to commend the front desk attendant on duty, who was meticulous and thorough. He proactively followed up on every issue, patiently communicated and coordinated solutions, and ultimately provided a resolution that left our entire family very satisfied. The hotel's elderly-friendly facilities are very thoughtful, with gentle, barrier-free ramps along the pathways, making it smooth and easy to navigate with elderly family members in wheelchairs. I highly recommend booking this quad family room; it's perfect for family getaways. If we return to Changbaishan for a vacation in the future, our family will definitely choose this hotel again."
