"One of the highlights of my National Day trip to Changbai Mountain this year was staying at the Jinhua Hotel! During my stay, I was incredibly well taken care of by our butler, Tutu, every day. It truly felt like a home away from home. Before my arrival, Tutu held a room for me as I was arriving late and even upgraded me to an executive breakfast. On the day I checked in, they brought me some snacks, and on my birthday, they surprised me with a cake. The night before I left, I received a Proya skincare set. I was traveling alone, but it felt like I was surrounded by familiar warmth. A huge thank you again to Tutu! It's rare to find a hotel with such attentive and heartwarming staff; this alone makes it stand out from other hotels. The hotel's environment is also notably convenient and elegant. It's right next to the only snack street and entertainment area in Wanda Resort, making dining, drinking, and entertainment incredibly easy. Especially in the evening, when the ambient lights come on, it feels like stepping into a dreamy fairy tale. It's bustling yet peaceful, with unique and beautiful scenery. It's a shame that the long holiday flew by so quickly. I was truly sad to leave and plan to come back for a spring or winter holiday. I'll definitely stay here again, and I wish Butler Tutu all the best in their career and happiness every day!"

"This was my first time visiting Changbaishan. While the outdoor temperature was well below freezing, the indoor environment was extremely warm and cozy. The room features plenty of wooden furniture, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally soft, providing me with a fantastic sleeping experience. The floors were smooth and comfortable to walk on barefoot, and I didn't find any dust on surfaces I touched. The bathroom was spotless, with no neglected corners or limescale buildup. I had been in touch with the hotel butler before arriving; they provided detailed information about the opening hours of the facilities and the shuttle options for each attraction we planned to visit. As a result, our itinerary went smoothly without any hassle. The hotel has a great variety of hot spring pools. Since it wasn't crowded during our visit, we didn't have to rub shoulders with other guests and could truly relax and enjoy the hot springs. By the way, compared to five-star hotels in downtown Shanghai, the food here—both in terms of taste and value for money—was actually enjoyable and made you want to sit down and relish a meal. This is quite rare and commendable for a hotel located inside a scenic area."

"The pool offers a great variety of features, really making you want to jump in. However, some guests were smoking by the poolside, and they should be directed to the designated smoking areas more promptly. There weren't many hot spring pools, but they were adequate. The water pump in the ”Doctor Fish” pool was too strong, and there were very few fish. After five or six people sat down, it would take more than 3 minutes to see any fish. I suggest adjusting the pump's intensity. The various hotel-organized activities showed excellent planning, especially the beautiful fireworks display. Our butler was very professional and helpful when we needed assistance. They genuinely considered the customer's perspective rather than just mechanically processing requests, which deserves high praise! Perhaps due to the hotel being over ten years old, the facilities in my room showed some aging. I recommend regular, staggered checks of things like the sink drainage, shower water pressure, toilet flush, and electrical outlet looseness. The decor's classic, palatial style was quite appealing to my family, but the facilities shouldn't feel dilapidated. Even minor issues with key facilities can significantly impact the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was good, but there was only one coffee machine, often leading to queues. The coffee machine's water tank also needed more timely maintenance. The charging stations are a 20-minute walk from the lobby, and the superchargers incur an occupancy fee of 0.5 per minute after charging is complete. This is very inconvenient for guests with hybrid cars who need to charge. Having to walk over 30 minutes round trip for an hour of charging can easily deter guests from charging. I suggest introducing slow-charging stations. Finally, the service staff in the hot spring pools and changing rooms had a somewhat rigid attitude, which I hope will be improved."

"Our stay at the Yanji Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The family room was incredibly well-decorated and thoughtful, with a large slide right inside the room. Our child absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. The hotel environment is also fantastic; lush and green during the day, and beautifully lit up at night. The lobby design is grand and dreamy. Being right next to Dinosaur Kingdom makes it a perfect one-stop destination for family fun and vacation. Highly recommend to all parents!"

"This is a great hot spring resort hotel, located next to Meiren Song Park, in a relatively quiet area of Erdaobaihe Town. It's not within walking distance of places like Enduli or Yunding Market, making it more suitable for a relaxing getaway. I heard it's very popular and hard to book during peak season. There are many Korean tour groups staying here, and there are also many Korean signs in the small street behind the hotel. However, I feel the hotel's zoning management is quite good, as there weren't many Koreans on our floor. The hotel stay includes hot spring tickets, but it's limited to one entry, not unlimited access. The hot springs have indoor pools on the first and second floors, and several outdoor pools on the fifth floor. The overall experience is good, but there's no food or drink service inside the hot springs, so it can't compare to bathhouses in Northeast China. The breakfast tastes good, a bit oily, but very flavorful, haha. Additionally, the hotel stay includes one complimentary send-off service, which is quite convenient."

"The hotel's ski package is really great value for money, and the hotel environment is also nice. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, there's a shuttle bus, so it's not too bad, and you hardly have to wait. The ski slopes are plentiful but the number of people is moderate, and there are always staff members in the ski equipment hall to help you. The skiing experience is excellent. The hotel rooms have basic amenities, and the heating is very strong and warm, but they are extremely dry. The breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the included hot spring tickets are a good deal; soaking in the hot spring after skiing is very relaxing. However, the service needs improvement. The shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station is infrequent, and the time and location are unreliable. They said it would depart at 3 PM, but when I asked the hotel staff if it was on time, they weren't sure. When I walked over and saw the bus arrive, it drove off without waiting a second, which was quite frustrating."

"The hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony view. We checked in just at sunset. The surrounding area is very pristine and natural—open the window and you're greeted by the forest. It snowed on our second night, which was so lovely! The hot springs are great, and soaking in the baths really relieves travel fatigue. The front desk service was excellent and very polite. The butler was very attentive, explaining how to get to Tianchi (Heavenly Lake) and other attractions. The hotel breakfast was just so-so, and the coffee wasn't good. Dinner was on the second floor; the selection was very limited and also just mediocre. The chocolate cookies 🍪 given upon check-in were delicious!"

"I booked a deluxe king room with a view. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel to request a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, the front desk graciously upgraded me to a room with a bathtub and a courtyard, which I really appreciated. The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle bus was very convenient and came whenever I called. The hotel environment was also great, with direct access to North Lake Park. I was lucky enough to see black swans walking around on the hotel grounds – that made me so happy! There's also a cute animal park with peacocks, deer, and guinea pigs. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back."

"Facilities: Fully equipped, the owner is very attentive, the mini-fridge is a real lifesaver. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, the sheets and blankets were freshly changed, the bathroom was also very clean, and the shower was great. Environment: There's a floating market downstairs, with Jeonju bibimbap and all sorts of popular food options. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!!"

"For our family trip to Changbai Mountain during the National Day holiday, we stayed at the Herik Hotel. Although we didn't make it to the top of Changbai Mountain, the Herik Hotel and the Huamei Resort left a deep impression on us. The entire resort offers an excellent family-friendly experience. In the evenings, there were shows and interactive activities with NPCs. The Herik Hotel where we stayed was also excellent. We were in Building B, and from check-in to check-out, the guest service manager, Wang Bingshu, was incredibly kind, friendly, and demonstrated professional service. We had booked a twin room for one night and a family twin room for another, but we were upgraded directly to a family twin room for both nights. The room was very spacious, with a living room, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, making it perfect for families. The sofa bed in the living room could also accommodate two additional people. The bathroom provided toilet sanitizing wipes, which was a thoughtful touch; providing toilet seat covers would make it even better. The hotel breakfast was quite abundant, but you need to leave the hotel and walk about 2 minutes to the Magpie Restaurant. For getting to various attractions, you can wait for the shuttle bus at the hotel entrance, which comes every 15 minutes or so. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time we come to climb the mountain."
